The invention relates to a pumping device including a pump () comprising&#x2014;a pumping chamber () having a variable volume, &#x2014;an inlet () communicating with the pumping chamber () and comprising a valve, &#x2014;an outlet () communicating with the pumping chamber and comprising a valve, &#x2014;an actuator adapted to change the volume of the pumping chamber, &#x2014;a fluidic pathway comprising said inlet (), said pumping chamber (), said outlet () and a downstream line () situated downstream of the outlet valve, &#x2014;a pressure sensor () for measuring the pressure between the valves of said pathway, &#x2014;processing means for processing the received pressure data from the pressure sensor (). The invention also covers a method for detecting a dysfunction in a pumping device as defined above.

The invention concerns a pumping device that includes a pump having a pumping chamber with a variable volume, an inlet that communicates with the pumping chamber and a valve, an outlet that communicates with the pumping chamber and a valve, and an actuator adapted to change the volume of the pumping chamber. A fluidic pathway in the pumping device includes the inlet, the pumping chamber, the outlet, and a downstream line situated downstream of the outlet valve. The pumping device also includes a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure between the valves of the pathway, and a processing means for processing the received pressure data from the pressure sensor. The invention also concerns a method for detecting a dysfunction in the pumping device.

A device for delivering a liquid including a pump, and an anti-siphon valve external to the pump is disclosed. The anti-siphon valve includes an inlet channel connected to the outlet duct of the pump, and an outlet channel, between which a seat and a moving member are disposed that are suitable for co-operating together and that define, between the inlet channel and the outlet channel, a leaktight liquid flow zone. The moving member is suitable for going from an opening position making it possible for liquid to flow through the flow zone, to a closure position in which the moving member comes into contact with the seat of the valve and prevents any flow through the flow zone, the moving member being subjected to the pressure of a reference chamber that is not in fluid communication with the outlet channel.

The invention relates to a microfluidic device comprising a first plate forming the substrate and including at least one perforation and, on either side of said first plate, at several locations, a material for defining passage portions consisting, in at least one of said locations, of an activatable material varying in volume on activation, said material being disposed at said locations in an arrangement that, during a first phase and upon activation of at least one location consisting of said activatable material, transforms it from a first configuration to a second configuration, modifying a three-dimensional network corresponding, in the second configuration and depending on the selected location(s) that are activated in said first phase, to different liquid paths including passage portions in offset planes parallel to the plane of the first plate, at least on either side of said first plate, and between which at least one of said perforations is located.
