The invention relates to a heart implant comprising an attachment element (), particularly a tubular attachment element for attaching a sheath (), preferably having a sheath () being coaxially positioned around at least a part of the attachment element () and fixed to it, the attachment element () having a lower end () and an upper end () and several strips () at least at one of the ends, preferably being split into several strips at least at one of the ends (), preferably only at the upper end (), the strips () forming an expandable anchoring cage, particularly for fixing the heart implant to a lumen of the heart, preferably the atrium, by surface contact between an exterior surface of the expandable cage and an interior lumen surface, the strips () of the anchoring cage ending in respective strip tips () at the end of their extension in the compressed state, particularly during delivery through a catheter (), the strip tips () forming the distal or proximal end of the implant, particularly a distal end being released first out of the catheter, wherein the implant furthermore comprises a fixation means () to which each respective strip tip () is releasable fixed, preferably furthermore comprising a releasing means () for releasing the connection between fixation means () and strip tips ().

Heart implant

The invention relates to a heart implant comprising a tubular attachment element () for attaching an inflatable membrane (), particularly an inflatable membrane () being coaxially positioned around the tubular attachment element () and fixed to it, the tubular attachment element () at one of its ends being split into several strips (), the strips () extending away from the tubular attachment element () and forming an expandable cage (C), particularly for fixing the heart implant to the atrium of the heart by surface contact between an exterior surface of the expandable cage (C) and an interior atrium surface, each one of the strips () being split into two branches (', . . . ), each respective branch () being merged into a new strip () together with another respective branch (&#x2032;) of a neighboring strip () wherein such splitting and merging is performed one after the other at least three times and the number of strips () being formed of the last merged branches (, . . . ) at the end of extension corresponding to the number of strips () at the one end of the tubular attachment element ().

An implantable device for improving or remedying valvular incompetence, comprising a sealing body and at least one anchoring element () fastened thereto, by means of which the sealing body is able to be fastened in the heart, preferably in the atrium of the heart, wherein the sealing body comprises at least one cavity (), which is also able to be filled with a fluid after implanting the sealing body and preferably not able to be emptied independently, and wherein, furthermore preferably, the sealing body remains expanded with constant volume during the cardiac phases as a result of the filling, characterized in that a plurality of cavities () are disposed about a main body () of the sealing body lying in the direction of longitudinal extent of the sealing body, or a single cavity () surrounds a main body () of the sealing body lying in the direction of longitudinal extent of the sealing body, wherein the main body () is embodied as a tube which is able to be bent out of the linear extent thereof and into the lateral surface of which a multiplicity of cuts have been introduced.
