A fluid flow channel control system includes a centrifugal cassette, valve plugs, a bolt, a drive module and a control unit. The centrifugal cassette includes a cassette body, valve seats, upper, lower and communicating flow channels. The valve seats are provided on the surface of the cassette body, the valve seats, the communicating, the upper and lower flow channels are provided on the different positions inside the cassette body, and form a flow channel. Each of the valve plugs is movably accommodated on the corresponding valve seats, and includes a plug-and-unplug hole and a flange. The bolt driving element is in signal connection with the bolt. The control unit is in signal connection with the drive module, and controls the bolt driving element to drive the bolt to move, allowing the flange to be moved between a first position and a second position to close or open the flow channel.

Fluid flow channel control system

A cell culture device includes a culture unit, a gas supply unit, a first pressure unit, at least one inspecting unit and a control unit. The culture unit contains a cell culture liquid. The gas supply unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for transmitting a culture gas into the culture unit. The first pressure unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for applying a pressure to the cell culture liquid in the culture unit. The at least one inspecting unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for receiving the cell culture liquid for inspection. The control unit, electrically coupled with the culture unit, the first pressure unit, the gas supply unit and the at least one inspecting unit, is used for monitoring corresponding condition parameters to determine respective operations. In addition, a cell culture method for the cell culture device is also provided.

Cell culture device and method thereof

A biosensor and a biological detection method are provided. The biosensor includes a substrate, a plurality of first and second electrodes in a strip shape, a material layer and a capture antibody. The substrate has a sampling region and a measuring region connected to the sampling region. The first and second electrodes are disposed on the substrate in the measuring region, and the first and second electrodes are arranged alternately with each other, wherein the first electrodes are connected in parallel with each other, and the second electrodes are connected in parallel with each other. The material layer is disposed on the substrate in the measuring region and covers the first and second electrodes, wherein the material layer has a channel exposing a portion of each of the first electrodes and a portion of each of the second electrodes, the channel is connected to the sampling region, and an extending direction of the channel is interlaced with an extending direction of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The capture antibody is disposed on the first and second electrodes exposed by the channel.

Biosensor and biological detection method

A fluidic device for performing assays can include control components such as vacuum pumps, gas pumps, 'broken open valves,' and 'self-close valves' for controlling the flow of fluids in the fluidic device. The vacuum pump can be used to pull a fluid in a specific direction in a channel, and the gas pump can be used to push a fluid in a specific direction in a channel. The broken open valve can be used to connect two separate regions at the control of a user, and the self-close valve can be used to automatically seal off a channel after passage of a fluid. The vacuum pumps, gas pumps, broken open valves, and self close valves can be made small in volume so that the fluidic device can be made as a small and portable device.

Fluidic devices and controlling methods thereof

A fluidic device is provided for sealing a proper amount of fluid with a brittle material. By moving an adsorbate through an external adsorption force, the brittle material for pre-sealing is broken, and the fluid flows out to interact with the external environment to generate a pump reaction. In addition, the invention may also be used for storing a liquid reagent in a device for a long time. Thereby, the fluidic device can be made small and portable.
