A micro-mixer is disclosed having at least one mixing point which is connected to an inlet channel arrangement having at least two inlet channels and to an outlet channel arrangement, and a mixing method is disclosed for at least two fluids which are supplied from different directions. With this mixer and method it is intended to achieve a rapid and predeterminable mixing of the fluids. For that purpose, a separating element which extends into a region of the mixing point in which the inlet channels run parallel to one another is provided. By this means the fluids can be kept separate from one another until their flow speeds virtually coincide in respect of value and direction. Only then are they brought into contact with one another.

The torque meter has a shaft with a reduced diameter intermediate portion with a sleeve that at its axial opposite ends is in fixed axial and rotational relation thereto. The sleeve intermediate portion has circumferentially extending lugs that are joined to the sleeve end portions. The lugs circumferentially opposite their juncture to the sleeve end portion mount an armature. The rotation of the sleeve ends relative to one another axially displaces the armature and changes an electric or magnetic field. At least one coil is in fixed axial and rotational relationship to the sleeve for detecting a change in the field for measuring the torque.

Torque meter

The invention relates to a device or arrangement for measuring the angle of rotation of the rotor of a rotary machine. Markings are applied circumferentially to a part of the rotor that is enclosed by the housing and a passage is provided in the housing which has an opening adjacent the markings. A sensor arrangement disposed at least partly in the housing passage has one end thereof adjacent the markings in a position for detecting the rotational movement of the markings. The snesor arrangement may have electrical, magnetic or optical capabilities.
