A hydraulic arrangement () including a supply port (P), a return port (T), a working port arrangement (L, R), and a valve () controlling a supply of hydraulic fluid from the supply port (P) to the working port arrangement (L, R), wherein the valve () includes a housing () and a spool () movable in lengthwise direction in the housing () and forming together with the housing () at least one flow path the resistance of which depends on the position of the spool () in the housing (), and the spool () is actuated by a hydraulic pilot pressure () in a pressure chamber (). In such a hydraulic arrangement a safety functionality should be achieved in a simple way. To this end the housing () includes a pilot pressure relief port () connected to the return port (T) via a shut-off valve () and the spool () after a predetermined stroke () opens a connection between the pressure chamber () and the pilot pressure relief port ().

Hydraulic arrangement

A hydraulic steering arrangement () comprising a supply port arrangement having a pressure port and a tank port, a working port arrangement having two working ports (L, R), a mechanical steering unit () connected to a steering wheel () and being arranged between the supply port arrangement and the working port arrangement (L, R), supply valve means () having a connection to the pressure port and to the working port arrangement (L, R) and being controlled by a controller (), and a steering wheel sensor () connected to the controller () is described. Such a steering arrangement could allow a comfortable feeling for the driver. To this end the steering wheel sensor () is mounted in a position of minimum play to steering wheel () and steering wheel sensor () and detects a beginning of a movement of the steering wheel (), wherein the controller () actuates the supply valve means () upon beginning of the movement, and the supply valve means () supply hydraulic fluid to the working port arrangement (L, R).

Hydraulic steering arrangement

Hydraulic steering () is disclosed comprising a high pressure port (P), a low pressure port (T), two working ports (CL, CR), a manual steering section (), and a steering valve section having a steering valveand a hydraulic driving arrangement () adjusting hydraulically a position of said steering valve. A change from automatic steering to manual steering should be reliably ensured when the manual steering section is directly influenced by a driver. To this end, a switching valve () is provided, which is actuatable between a first position in which said driving arrangement () is supplied with hydraulic fluid under pressure, and a second position in which a supply of hydraulic fluid to said driving arrangement () is interrupted, wherein said switching valve () is hydraulically actuated into said second position by a pressure generated upon actuating of said manual steering section ().

Hydraulic steering

A hydraulic overpressure valve () is provided comprising a valve housing (), a valve seat () located in said valve housing and having a seat center and a seat center axis (), a cone element () movable relatively to said valve seat (), said cone element () having a cone () protruding at least partly into said valve seat () and having a cone center axis (), and force generating means acting on said cone element () in a direction towards said valve seat (). Such a hydraulic overpressure valve should be operated with low noise. To this end said cone () is movable along a path of movement in which said cone center axis is kept outside said seat center axis ().

The invention concerns a hydraulic steering () comprising a supply connection arrangement, a steering motor (), a high pressure supply (P), and a steering unit () arranged between the supply connection arrangement (S) and the steering motor (), the supply connection arrangement comprising a steering valve (), and a valve arrangement (). The task of the hydraulic steering is to improve the safety and faults detection over the state of the art. For this purpose, the steering valve () is only deflectable if the valve arrangement () is deflected.

Hydraulic steering and method for detecting a valve position

The invention concerns a hydraulic steering () with a steering motor (), a steering unit () with feedback behavior, a steering member activating the steering unit () and a shock valve arrangement () between the steering motor () and the steering unit (). It is endeavored to enable changes of the feedback behavior in a simple manner. The invention concerns a hydraulic steering () with a steering valve () located between a supply connection arrangement (P, T) and a steering motor (). It is endeavored to improve the safety of such a steering. With such a steering, it is endeavored to achieve the best possible safety. For this purpose, it is ensured that for each steering direction the directional section () comprises a first outlet (AL, AR), which is connected to the steering motor () by means of a first pipe (), and a second outlet (AL, AR), which is connected to the steering motor () by means of a second pipe (), the first outlet (AL, AR) being, in the neutral position of the directional section (), connected to the measuring section (), and the first pipe () being interruptible by means of a valve arrangement ().

The invention concerns a hydraulic steering arrangement () with a supply connection arrangement (P, T), a working connection arrangement (A, B) connectable to a steering motor (), a steering unit () located between the supply connection arrangement (P, T) and the working connection arrangement (A, B), and a steering valve () whose outlet is connected to the working connection arrangement (A, B). It is endeavored to keep the load of such a steering arrangement small. For this purpose, the steering unit () is made as an open-center steering unit, an inlet () of the steering valve () being connected to a pressure supply arrangement () that can be activated by an activation of the steering valve ().

The invention concerns a hydraulic steering arrangement () with a supply connection arrangement having at least a high-pressure connection (P) and a low-pressure connection (T), a working connection arrangement having at least two working connections (L, R), a steering unit (), which can be activated by a steering transducer (), the steering unit having a first load-sensing connection (LS), and a steering valve () having a second load-sensing connection (LS), the steering unit () and the steering valve () being arranged in parallel with each other between the supply connection arrangement and the working connection arrangement. It is endeavoured to ensure a good steering behaviour. For this purpose, a priority valve () is connected in series with the high-pressure connection (P), said priority valve () having a third load-sensing connection (LS), which is connected with the first load-sensing connection (LS) via a pipe (), in which is located a control valve () that can be activated by the second load-sensing connection (LS).
