A method for operating an injection-molding machine, including the steps: a) in a current injection-molding cycle, after an accepted-part reference injection-molding cycle learned in a learning phase: detecting a compound pressure change krelative to an accepted-part reference compound pressure pduring at least part of an injection phase of the current injection-molding cycle by measuring a current compound pressure pand comparing the current compound pressure pwith the accepted-part reference compound pressure p, b) determining a target mold internal pressure curve p(t) for a holding-pressure phase of the current injection-molding cycle, wherein for this purpose a mold internal pressure curve p(t) of the accepted-part reference injection-molding cycle is adjusted at least in dependence on the compound pressure change kdetected in step a), and c) traveling the holding-pressure curve p(t) of the current injection-molding cycle in such a way that an actual mold internal pressure curve pwkz,act (t) of the current injection-molding cycle runs at least more closely along the target mold internal pressure curve p(t) than a mold internal pressure curve p(t) that is unchanged in comparison with the accepted-part reference cycle.

Method for operating an injection-moulding machine, in particular with respect to improved constant mould filling, and injection-moulding machine for carrying out the method

A method is described for producing fibre-reinforced plastic moulded parts, wherein endless fibre strands are fed by a fibre braking device and/or cut fibres via a gravimetric metering device, and a plastic material to be melted, by a volumetric metering device are fed to a single-screw plasticizing unit. Plastic material which is molten and is mixed with fibre material is injected into a moulding tool by an injection stroke of the plasticizing screw. According to the application, the ACTUAL mass flow of the plastic material is calculated from the ACTUAL volume flow of the plastic material and from the ACTUAL mass flow of the fibre material. The ACTUAL mass flow of the plastic material is compared to a TARGET mass flow of the plastic material, and the rotation speed nof the rotary drive of the metering element of the metering device is adapted.
