User interfaces for messaging conversations

The present disclosure generally relates to creating and editing user avatars. In some examples, guidance is provided to a user while capturing image data for use in generating a user-specific avatar. In some examples, a user interface allows a user to intuitively customize a user avatar. In some examples, avatars are generated for a messaging session based on an avatar model for a user of the messaging application. On a portable electronic device having a display a plurality of affordances associated with a plurality of contacts are displayed. A first user input is received selecting a first affordance of the plurality of affordances for a first contact of the plurality of contacts. In response to receiving the first user input and in accordance with a determination that a first communication application is in a set of communication applications installed on the portable electronic device, a contact information interface is displayed for the first contact. The contact information interface includes a first contact identification field for the first contact. The first contact identification field is associated with the first contact and the first communication application.

Managing contact information for communication applications

A computer system receives, by a first application, a plurality of shared media items and receives a request to display a view of a media application that includes the media library that includes a first plurality of media items. The computer system displays a collection of media items in the media application that are selected based on first criteria. Displaying the collection of media items includes displaying a second plurality of media items selected from the media library based on the first criteria.
