A command communication facility is described. The command communication facility includes a sensor unit for detecting a movement of an operator; a fixing unit for securing the sensor unit to the operator; an evaluation unit for evaluating the detected movement of the operator and for identifying a command based upon the detected movement; and a command communication unit for transmitting a control command to a medical facility that is to be operated based upon the identified command. Simultaneous gesture-based actuation of a medical facility

A computer-implemented method is for creating a corrected volume data set representing an examination object. In an embodiment, the method includes providing an initial volume data set based on unknown projection data sets which were acquired via a transmission X-ray imaging system in unknown real mapping geometry; specifying virtual mapping geometry for the initial volume data set; generating virtual projection data sets based on the initial volume data set and the specified virtual mapping geometry; generating corrected mapping geometry based on the plurality of virtual projection data sets; and generating the corrected volume data set based on the virtual projection data sets and the corrected mapping geometry.
