A method for connecting an electronic chip () to contacts (and) of an electric circuit, the chip having two conductive plates (and) located on the last layer of the chip and at least one electromagnetic shielding layer, at least one of the plates (or) being entirely covered with an electrical insulating layer (). The method includes placing an adhesive dielectric material () on the circuit between the contacts (), to fix the electronic chip () relative to the circuit, positioning electronic chip () on the circuit so that conductive plates (et) are opposite the contacts (and), so as to create between the chip and the electric circuit at least one capacitive link made up of the conductive plate (or), the electrically insulating layer and the contact (or).

Method for connecting an electronic chip to a radiofrequency identification device

A contactless reading system, wherein a chip card is fixed on a planar support of an object such as a book () for identification by means of the data contained in the chip card, and a mobile reader () provided with an antenna in order to read the data of the card. The antenna of the reader () consists of a small-sized convolution disposed in a series with a large-sized convolution, which are concentric and which have the same winding direction. A maximum value is obtained for the component (H) of the electromagnetic field produced by the antenna parallel to the antenna at a given distance from the antenna. Maximum reception by the chip card of electromagnetic signals emitted by the antenna is obtained when the antenna is disposed in a perpendicular position in relation to the support of the card and at the given distance from the card.
