The invention relates to a coil intended to be inserted in into a first and a second slot of a stator, the coil being wound in a plurality of successive turns, each turn comprising:—a first half-turn comprising a first slot portion configured to be inserted in into the first slot of the stator,—a second half-turn comprising a second slot portion configured to be inserted in into the second slot of the stator, the second half-turns each being connected to the first half-turn of the same turn and to the first half-turn of the next turn by junction portions on each side of the first and second slot portions, the junction portions of the coil stacking along at least two juxtaposed heads extending in mutually parallel junction planes.

Coil intended to be inserted in the notches of a stator of a rotating electrical machine

A method for manufacturing a stator of an electrical machine. The method including: a toothed ring having teeth joined together by bridges of material and defining between them slots open radially toward the outside, windings produced outside of the slots, and a yoke configured to be attached to the toothed ring. The method also including attaching at least one piece of sheet-form insulation to at least a portion of each of the windings, inserting said winding portions with the insulation into the slots via a radial movement directed toward the inside of the slots, and assembling the yoke onto the radially exterior surface of the ring to close the slots radially.

Stator for a rotating electrical machine

A stator () of a rotary electric machine includes a body () provided with slots (), a coil () constituted of windings () that include first conductive segments () equipped with two first branches and second conductive segments () provided with two second branches. Each conductive segment is coated with insulation except for the presence of a bared surface on each one of the branches. The shapes of the bared surfaces complement one another. The first and second conductive segments are arranged in a staggered configuration and in opposite directions successively one after the other, with each slot accepting first branches and second branches positioned opposite with the bared surfaces thereof respectively in contact with one another in such a way as to form a continuous wire. The stator includes elements for keeping the bared surfaces in contact with one another in the slots.

Winding for a rotary electrical machine

A polyphase stator for an internally ventilated rotating electrical machine comprises a body () provided with slots and carrying a coil () having at least one winding per phase. A plurality of pairs of lateral branches are mounted in a slot of the body (). A plurality of connecting heads (to) extend outside the body () so as to form a first lead-out () and interconnect each pair of lateral branches. A plurality of coupling feet (to) are offset circumferentially with respect to the plurality of connecting heads and extend outside the body () so as to form a second lead-out () and interconnect each pair of lateral branches. One of the pluralities has a generally pointed shape and has an axial length of betweenandmm. The stator is used with an alternator or alternator-stator for a motor vehicle. An internally ventilated electrical machine is equipped with the stator.
