A capsule () comprising a housing () in which are disposed nanofluidic biosensors (), a fluid connecting element (), a filter () and a cover () is described. The capsule () allows the analysis of a fluid sample () that would be deposited in the capsule system () by a pipette (). The fluid sample () is filtered when passing through a filter (), then transferred by a fluid connecting element () to the inlets of one or several nanofluidic biosensors (). The capsule system () is disposed on an external support (), and finally an optical or an electrical measurement unit () is used to measure the molecular interactions in the nanofluidic biosensors.
