Barrier structure based on MPMDT/XT copolyamide with a high Tg

A multilayer tubular structure (MLT) for transport of alcohol-containing petrol. The MLT from the outside inwards has at least one barrier layer and at least one inner layer located below the barrier layer. The inner layer, or all the layers contain on average at most 1.5% of plasticizer relative to the total weight of the composition of each layer or to the total weight of all the compositions of the layers. The inner layer is predominantly made of at least one polyamide having more than 75% aliphatic units. Provided is a method of determining whether a multilayer tubular structure (MLT) satisfies an extractables test by filling the multilayer tubular structure MLT with an alcohol-containing petrol of FAM B type to obtain a filled MLT and measuring the amount of extractable material. The invention concerns a method for the surface crosslinking of a polymer, in particle form, having one or a plurality of labile hydrogen functions, comprising a step of implementing a crosslinking agent comprising at least two functions likely to react with the labile hydrogen functions of the polymer, the crosslinking method being carried out at a temperature lower than the melting point of the polymer.
