The thermal bag () is made of thermally insulating composite material folded to form a bottom and welded along lateral borders () to form a body () of the bag with a mouth () at the level of which a handle (A,B) is applied. The composite material defines a bottom folded in an accordion-like fashion opposite the mouth of the bag, and a laminar stiffening element () of the accordion-like bottom is disposed inside the bag.

Thermal bag for foods and the like

The device includes a stacking surface movable in a substantially vertical direction, on which layers of products to be packaged are superposed, and a pair of conveyors substantially superposed to feed the layers of products to the stacking surface. The device also includes a pair of walls substantially parallel, and substantially vertical, between which the layers of products are inserted by the conveyors when they are stacked on the stacking surface. The walls move reciprocally towards and away from each other to take a position of greater reciprocal distance, in which they do not interfere with the products deposited on the stacking surface, and a position of lesser reciprocal distance, in which they interfere with the products inserted therebetween.

Method and device for forming packages of products arranged in superposed layers

An apparatus or device is described for forming a continuous and cadenced flow of groups of rolls of paper or other products, coming from the production line or from pre-packaging lines, and rotated by a carousel with horizontal shaft of rotation. The carousel is provided with the blades of L-shaped stalls which pass cyclically and in the right phase between and underneath pairs of supports, to raise the products positioned thereon and set them on a horizontal conveyor. The stalls are controlled to rotate with respect to the carousel in a direction opposite the direction of rotation of the carousel to avoid interference with the products once the products are placed on the horizontal conveyor.

Device for forming a continuous flow of oriented products

There is described a machine for forming groups of ordered products, each group including products disposed according to superposed layers. The machine includes a succession of conveyors aligned according to a principal direction of alignment, with a feed conveyor and a delivery conveyor. The feed conveyor receives single layers of products aligned with and spaced from one another; and the conveyors are disposed and controlled so as to distribute layers of products on a predetermined number of levels at different heights, and to unload onto the delivery conveyor a predetermined number of layers, superposed on one another, equal to the predetermined number of the levels at different heights.

Machine and method for forming groups of products ordered in superposed layers

To orient groups of products to be packaged in a plastic film the groups (G) are wrapped in lengths of film and fed between two series of opposite conveyor belts (). Each series of belts comprises several parallel belts controlled at proportionally variable speeds to cause the group (G) to rotate through approximately 90&#xb0; about an axis orthogonal to the direction of feed.
