A guide blade () for a guide device (), including a guide blade body () with a blade top side (), a blade underside (), a blade leading edge () and a blade trailing edge (). The guide blade () also comprises a profile centerline () which is defined in a profile of the guide blade body () by the blade top side () and the blade underside () and runs between them from the blade leading edge () to the blade trailing edge (), the profile centerline () having a turning point (IP). The blade leading edge () and the blade trailing edge () are connected by a profile chord (). The guide blade () has a guide blade axis of rotation (PA). The axis of rotation (PA), starting from the blade leading edge () in the direction of the blade trailing edge (), lies along the profile chord () between the blade leading edge () and the turning point (IP).

Guide blade for a guide device

An adjustment ring () for a variable turbine geometry (). The adjustment ring () comprises a disk-shaped body () and a plurality of coupling regions () which are configured in the disk-shape body (). The coupling regions () are spaced apart in the circumferential direction (), and each coupling region () is adapted for at least partially receiving a vane lever () for adjusting a guide vane () of a variable turbine geometry (). Each coupling region () circumferentially is fully surrounded by the disk-shaped body (). The disk-shaped body () on one or more of the coupling regions () has at least one reinforcement means () which extends in the axial direction () from the disk-shaped body () and circumferentially at least partially surrounds the coupling region ().

Adjustment ring for a variable turbine geometry

A waste gate component for a turbo charger made of a ferritic steel including C, Cr, Ni, Nb, V, Mn, and optionally Si, and Ti as main alloying elements.

Ferritic steel for turbochargers

A lever for a VTG guide vane arrangement of a radial turbine with a main body with a fork-shaped coupling section with two limbs. A wear-resistant contact block is arranged on an inner side of at least one of the limbs. The wear-resistant contact block is designed for operative engagement with an adjusting ring of the VTG guide van arrangement, giving rise to the effect of increased wear resistance at least in the region of the engagement with the VTG guide vane arrangement. Furthermore, a VTG guide vane arrangement having such a lever, a radial turbine having such a VTG guide vane arrangement, and a supercharging device having such a radial turbine.

Actuation lever for turbine VTG

A coupling rod fitting () having a first end piece (); a second end piece (); and having an intermediate piece () which connects the first end piece () and the second end piece (). The intermediate piece () is formed as a connecting rod and the first end piece () and the second end piece () have in each case one sleeve (andrespectively), which sleeves are pushed onto the connecting rod () and are fixed in an adjustable final assembly position on the connecting rod ().

Coupling rod

An exhaust-gas turbocharger () having a turbine () which is provided with an adjustable turbine geometry and/or with a wastegate; and having an actuator () which is connected by means of a coupling rod () to the adjustable turbine geometry and/or to the wastegate. The coupling rod () is connected at its end regions at one side to the actuator () and at the other side to an adjusting shaft arrangement of the variable turbine geometry and/or of the wastegate. The coupling rod () is formed as an MIM component.

Exhaust-gas turbocharger

An exhaust-gas turbocharger () having a turbine () which is provided with a variable turbine geometry () and/or a wastegate; and having an actuator () which is connected to the variable turbine geometry () and/or the wastegate via a coupling rod (). The coupling rod () is connected at its end regions () at one side to a pin of the actuator () by means of a lock washer () and at the other side to a pin () of an adjusting shaft () of the variable turbine geometry () and/or of the wastegate by means of a lock washer (). The lock washers () are integrated in the coupling rod ().

An exhaust-gas turbocharger () having a turbine () which is provided with a variable turbine geometry and/or with a wastegate; and having an actuator () which is connected to the variable turbine geometry and/or to the wastegate by means of a coupling rod () composed of plastic. The coupling rod () is connected, at its end regions, by means of a first eyelet () at one side to a pin () of the actuator () and by means of a second eyelet () at the other side to a pin () of an adjusting lever () of the variable turbine geometry and/or of the wastegate. The eyelets () of the coupling rod () are provided with in each case one metal sleeve (andrespectively).

An exhaust-gas turbocharger () having a turbine () which is provided with a variable turbine geometry () and/or a wastegate; and having an actuator () which is connected to the variable turbine geometry () and/or the wastegate via a coupling rod (&#x2033;). The coupling rod (') is connected at its end regions () at one side to the actuator () and at the other side to a pin () of an adjusting shaft arrangement () of the variable turbine geometry () and/or of the wastegate. The pin () of the adjusting shaft arrangement () is in the form of a bayonet pin, and that end region () of the coupling rod () which interacts with the pin () is in the form of a bayonet receptacle () which is matched to the bayonet pin ().
