An adhesive may include an adhesive structure and an adhesive composition. The adhesive structure may include a graft copolymer. The adhesive composition may include at least about 1 wt. % and not greater than 40 wt. % of a macromonomer component for a total weight of the adhesive composition, at least about 50 wt. % and not greater than about 98 wt. % of a (meth)acrylic based polymeric component A for a total weight of the adhesive composition, and at least about 0.1 wt. % and not greater than about 30 wt. % of a tackifier component for a total weight of the adhesive composition. The macromonomer component may have a weight-average molecular weight of at least 1000 g/mol and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least about 40° C. The (meth)acrylic based polymeric component A may have a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not greater than about 20° C.

Adhesive composition and methods of forming the same

Provided are roofing membranes comprising pressure-sensitive adhesives particularly adapted for use at cold temperature, and methods for using same. In one aspect, the disclosure provides a roofing membrane comprising: a bituminous sheet having a lower bituminous surface and an upper bituminous surface; and a non-bituminous cold-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive disposed on the lower bituminous surface, the upper bituminous surface, or both, wherein the cold-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive has an average adhesion of at least 10 lbs/ft (146 N/m) at 2° C. as measured by a two hour T-peel test.

Roofing membranes comprising pressure-sensitive adhesives and methods of using same

The present disclosure relates generally to polyurethane matrix composite materials, for example, suitable for making an exterior cladding product for houses and other buildings. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a polymer matrix composite material including a polyurethane matrix and an inorganic filler in a range from 45% to 85% by weight of the composite material. The inorganic filler includes a first substance from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, sand, talc, kaolin clay, dolomite, feldspar and mica and any mixture thereof, and fly ash, and/or an iron oxide in a range from 0.5% to 7% by weight of the inorganic filler.
