In a curable composition that contains at least one polymer having at least one terminal group of the general formula (I)-A-R&#x2014;SiXYZ&#x2003;&#x2003;(I),at least one cyclic compound that contains at least one structural motif of formula (II) as a constituent of the ring structure; and at least one cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid dialkyl ester in which the alkyl residues of the ester groups each, mutually independently, contain 1 to 20 carbon atoms. The curable composition can be used as an adhesive, sealant, and/or coating material. A combination of a cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid dialkyl ester, in which the alkyl residues of the ester groups each, mutually independently, contain 1 to 20 carbon atoms and a cyclic compound that contains at least one structural motif of the general formula (II) as a constituent of the ring structure, as a plasticizer/curing catalyst system in curable compositions.

Curable composition having a special catalyst/softner system

Curable compositions comprising a) an alkoxysilane and/or acyloxysilane terminated polymer having at least one end group of the general formula (I) -A-R&#x2014;SiXYZ (I) and b) hollow microspheres made of a copolymer obtained by the polymerization of methacrylonitrile and at least one monomer M2 selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, acrylic acid alkyl esters and methacrylic acid alkyl esters, wherein the copolymer comprises at maximum 5 wt. % units that are due to the installation of additional monomers and is free of units containing chlorine, to a method for the production thereof and to the use thereof as silane cross-linking adhesive, sealing or coating substances.

Curable composition

The invention relates to curable compositions comprising a) at least one organic polymer selected from polyethers and polyacrylic acid esters, wherein the organic polymer has at least one defined, cross-linkable end group having at least one C-C-alkoxy- or C-C-acyloxy radical, b) at least one poly(dialkylsiloxane) having at least one defined, cross-linkable end group having at least one vinyl radical and likewise at least one C-C-alkoxy- or C-C-acyloxy radical and c) at least one flame-retarding additive selected from red phosphorus, organic phosphor compounds, ammonia polyphosphate, metal hydroxides, expandable graphite, zinc borate and melamine salts, to the use of such compositions as adhesive, sealing or coating material, in particular for providing a substrate having a flame-retardant, elastic coating, to a coating thus obtained and to the use of at least one poly(dialkylsiloxane) b) to improve the fire properties of a curable composition comprising at least one organic polymer a).
