A condiment bottle includes a container and cap assembly. The cap assembly includes a securing part releasably connected to the container, a nozzle secured to the container by the securing part, and a closure part connected to both the securing part and the nozzle. The closure part is configured to move along a longitudinal axis of the condiment bottle from a closed position where the closure part sealingly engages the nozzle to an intermediate position where the closure part is spaced from and covering the top of the nozzle. The closure part is further configured to pivotally move from the intermediate position to an open position where the closure part is located along a sidewall of the nozzle.

A beverage brewing apparatus includes a body including a body side wall having an inner surface and an outer surface. A base is removably connected to the body and includes a base side wall and a top wall. The base side wall has an inner surface and an outer surface. A valve assembly is mounted to the base. The valve assembly includes a valve plate and a valve seal connected to the valve plate. The valve seal is movable from a closed position where the valve seal is in contact with the top wall and an open position. A filter assembly is mounted to the base, and includes a filter having a peripheral edge and a gasket having a flange. The gasket is secured to the peripheral edge of the filter, and assembling the body, base, and filter assembly secures the gasket flange between the body and the base.

Beverage brewing apparatus

An extendable straw includes a relatively smaller diameter tube, a relatively larger diameter tube, and a collar. The smaller diameter tube includes a radially enlarged section adjacent one end. The larger diameter tube receives the smaller diameter tube and is more flexible than the smaller diameter tube. The radially enlarged section contacts and seals against an inner surface of the larger diameter tube. The collar is connected at a non-drinking end of the larger diameter tube, the collar being more rigid than the larger diameter tube and receiving the smaller diameter tube. The smaller diameter tube is movable in an axial direction with respect to both the collar and the larger diameter tube. At least one of the collar and the larger diameter tube cooperates with the radially enlarged section to inhibit further axial movement of the smaller diameter tube with respect to the collar beyond an extended position.
