A vehicle mounting structure is provided for positioning both an associated camera of an associated vehicle sensor system and an associated fluid nozzle of an associated washer assembly operatively associated with the associated sensor system. The mounting structure includes a housing including an exterior face having a first inner surface portion forming a first opening extending through the face for positioning of the associated camera and a second inner surface portion forming a second opening extended through the face for positioning of the associated nozzle. A diversion feature is extended outwardly from the face. The diversion feature at least partially surrounds the second opening and is adapted to divert associated fluid away from the second opening.

Vehicle front camera housing

Some embodiments are directed to a crossbar structure for use with a vehicle having a front bumper assembly, the crossbar structure being configured to extend across an opening in the front bumper assembly. The crossbar structure can include a hollow bar defining a front face and a rear face, the hollow bar being configured to extend across the opening. The crossbar structure can also include ribs extending between opposing interior surfaces of the hollow bar, the ribs being formed in a zig-zag pattern along a direction of elongation of the hollow bar and exposed from the rear face thereof.

Vehicle air dam structure, and methods of use and manufacture thereof

An air guide assembly for a vehicle includes an air guide depending from an underside of the vehicle and an air guide extension contiguously disposed at one lateral end of the air guide. The air guide extension includes a tab received through a tab aperture defined in the air guide. The tab includes a tab feature facilitating sliding movement of the tab relative to the tab aperture due to an external force being applied to one of the air guide and the air guide extension.

Air guide assembly for vehicle

A system and method for temporarily attaching an accessory component such as a fog light cover, to a vehicle body panel prior to a painting operation are described. The system and method eliminate the need for jigs or other support structures typically used to support the accessory during painting of the accessory and body panel.

A vehicle air intake system includes a grille disposed along the front portion of an engine compartment, a hood disposed over the engine compartment and a bulkhead cover disposed in the engine compartment below the hood. The bulkhead cover has a bulkhead cover intake port and a deflector disposed along and extending forwardly from a lower portion of the bulkhead cover intake port to circuitously redirect airflow passing from the grille to the bulkhead cover intake port.

The light cover includes a light blocking, sealing rib that prevents undesirable light leakage around a housing of the light assembly. The cap includes one or more retention members that upon attachment of the cap to the light cover, prevent unintended detachment of the cap from the light cover.
