An actuator assembly for a vehicle brake is described. It comprises a carrier assembly () on which an activating carriage () for a brake lining is guided linearly. Moreover, an electric motor fastened to the carrier assembly () is provided which is coupled drivingly to the activating carriage via a gear unit and a spindle drive such that the activating carriage can be displaced selectively between a retracted position and an extended position. In addition, the actuator assembly comprises a locking assembly () for selectively immobilizing in rotation an output shaft () of the electric motor. The locking assembly () here comprises a locking lever () which at a first end () is mounted rotatably on the carrier assembly () and at a second opposite end () is coupled to a locking actuator (). A locking tooth () is moreover positioned between the first end () and the second end (). A method for activating an actuator assembly for a vehicle brake is furthermore presented.

A hydraulic motor vehicle braking system includes a first functional unit, a second functional unit and a switching device. The first functional unit comprises at least one first valve arrangement designed to optionally connect or disconnect at least one first wheel brake associated with a first axle to or from an existing hydraulic pressure, and at least one second valve arrangement designed to optionally connect or disconnect at least one second wheel brake associated with a second axle to or from an existing hydraulic pressure. The second functional unit comprises at least one second electrical brake pressure generator, by means of which a brake pressure can be generated on at least the at least one second wheel brake, and a second control system which is designed to control the at least one second electrical brake pressure generator for a brake pressure regulation on at least the at least one second wheel brake in the event of a failure of the first functional unit.

Hydraulic motor vehicle braking system and method for operating same

A hydraulic motor vehicle braking system includes a first sensor device, a first functional unit, a second functional unit and a switching device. The first functional unit comprises at least one first electrical brake pressure generator, by means of which a brake pressure can be generated on respective wheel brakes, and a first control system which is designed to control the at least one first electrical brake pressure generator on the basis of a sensor signal of the sensor device. The second functional unit comprises at least one second electrical brake pressure generator, by means of which a brake pressure can be respectively generated on a subset of the wheel brakes, and a second control system which is designed to control the at least one second electrical brake pressure generator on the basis of the sensor signal in the event of a failure of the first functional unit.

An electrohydraulic vehicle braking system is provided, comprising an electrically controllable first hydraulic pressure generator and an electrically controllable second hydraulic pressure generator. The braking system further comprises a first valve device for each wheel brake, having at least one first valve, wherein in an electrically uncontrolled state the first valve device separates its associated wheel brake from an output of the first hydraulic pressure generator, and in an electrically controlled state connects it to the output of the first hydraulic pressure generator. Method for producing a brake force device for a vehicle brake system and such a brake force device

A hydraulic brake system for a motor vehicle with redundant braking pressure regulation is presented. The brake system comprises a first functional unit having at least one first electrical braking pressure generator which is designed to generate a braking pressure at each of a plurality of wheel brakes, and further having a valve assembly per wheel brake. The valve assembly can be actuated for braking pressure regulation at the corresponding wheel brake in order to couple a first wheel brake associated with the valve assembly either to the first braking pressure generator or to an unpressurized reservoir for hydraulic fluid. The brake system also comprises a second functional unit having at least one second electrical braking pressure generator which is designed to generate a braking pressure at each of a subset of the wheel brakes. The output of the second braking pressure generator is arranged downstream, as seen from the first braking pressure generator, of the valve assembly associated with the corresponding wheel brake. The second functional unit is also designed to perform braking pressure regulation at each wheel brake of the subset redundantly in relation to the first functional unit.

Hydraulic brake system for a motor vehicle and method for operating and testing same

The invention relates to a hydraulic brake system and a method for controlling a hydraulic brake system for a land vehicle having a predetermined holding capacity for hydraulic fluid and at least one wheel brake. The invention is characterized by detecting if a current holding capacity of the brake system has increased in relation to the predetermined holding capacity and, if so, by feeding hydraulic fluid to the at least one wheel brake in a controlled manner and an amount corresponding at least to the increase in capacity.
