A container for housing a liquid-filled bag has at least four walls including first and second side walls, a front wall, and a back wall. The front wall has a front wall panel, and the back wall has a back wall panel interconnected with first and second side wall panels. A first inner shield flap is coupled to the front wall panel, a second inner shield flap is coupled to the back wall panel, and a first top flap is coupled to the first side wall panel. The first top flap defines a first handhold opening. A second top flap is coupled to the second side wall panel and defines a second handhold opening. The first and second handhold openings overlap to define a handhold when the second top flap is folded over the first top flap. The handhold is offset from free ends of the first and second inner shield flaps.

Container for liquid storage bag

A shipping mailer has a first wall and a second wall that at least partially define an interior of the shipping mailer. The shipping mailer has a closed first end portion and a second end portion, the second end portion comprising an opening sealable by a closure. A plurality of corrugations are coupled to the first wall and to the second wall in the interior of the shipping mailer. The corrugations of the first wall and the corrugations of the second wall have respective preformed fold lines at the closed first end portion about which the first wall and the second wall are configured to fold when an object is inserted into the shipping mailer to create an end wall extending between the first and second walls at the closed first end portion of the shipping mailer.

A container can include a container portion, a cover coupled to the container portion and configured to pivot between a closed position and an open position, and a product platform configured to receive a product. The product platform can be coupled to the container portion and configured to pivot between a first position in which the product platform is received within the container portion and a second position in which the product platform is inclined at least partially out of the container portion. The cover is configured to engage the product platform such that when the cover is pivoted from the closed position to the open position in a first direction, motion of the cover pivots the product platform in a second direction from the first position to the second position such that the product platform is inclined at least partially out of the container portion.

A tray has a back wall, at least two side walls, a front wall, and a bottom. The side walls have an inner side wall panel and an outer side wall panel, and a gap between the inner and outer side wall panels. The back wall has an outer back wall panel and an inner back wall panel, and a gap provided between the inner back wall panel and the outer back wall panel. The inner back wall panel has first and second side edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge. A first of the inner side wall panels has a back edge, a front edge, a top edge, and a bottom edge. A multilayered corner reinforcing structure couples the back edge of the first inner side wall panel to the first side edge of the inner back wall panel at a first corner of the tray.

A beverage container can comprise a container housing for housing an internal liquid container. The container can include first and second shields extending from panel sections of the housing that interlock over the container. The shields can be spaced between a hand hold opening through a top portion of the container housing and the internal liquid container. A gap can be provided between the shields and hand hold opening.

Wall panels for a corrugated paper board container have bulge control lines formed therein to control the bending of the wall panels as the container is loaded with contents, such as liquid containing contents. The bulge control lines are configured to control the bending of the wall panels to mitigate the possibility of undesirable spouting that makes the containers more difficult to store.

The present invention is directed to a shipping container convertible into a display configuration at a point of sale which comprises a display base and a removable cover base. The removable cover base is integrally attached to the display base through two pairs of non-linear zipper perforations lines to form the shipping container convertible into a display configuration. The shipping container convertible into a display configuration comprises opposite side walls each having a length and a top edge and a bottom edge and opposite end walls each having a width and a top edge and a bottom edge. Top major and minor flaps are foldably joined to the top edges of the side walls and end walls, and bottom major and minor flaps are foldably joined to the bottom edges of the side walls and end walls.

Shipping and display container

The present invention is directed to a reducible carton formed from a one-piece unitary blank of material. The reducible carton comprises a top wall, a bottom wall, opposite side walls, a front wall and a back wall. Means enabling the reducible carton to transversely separate it into a reusable rear carton component and a discardable front carton component. The reusable carton component comprises the back wall and a rear portion of each of the top wall, the bottom wall and the side walls, wherein the rear top wall portion, the rear bottom wall portion and the rear side wall portions in the reusable carton component each terminate in a forward edge defining an open forward end of the reusable carton component. The forward edge of one of the rear top wall portion or the rear bottom wall portion defines a seal flap that is foldable into closing relationship over the open forward end of the reusable carton component. The seal flap has a locking tab on a free edge thereof. The forward edge of the other of the rear top wall portion or the rear bottom wall portion includes a recess therein for frictionally receiving the locking tab to lock the seal flap in closed position.

A reinforced container system comprises a container having a bottom wall, a pair of opposite side walls, a pair of opposite end walls, and opposed pairs of diagonal corner panels interposed between adjacent side and end walls to form an interior space. The bottom wall includes two opposed glue panels each of which is foldably joined to respective longitudinal edges of the bottom wall and each of which attached to the respective side walls. A protective sleeve is configured to detachably attach to the container. The protective sleeve includes two side walls, two end walls and opposed pairs of diagonal corner walls interposed between adjacent side and end walls. The side walls, the end walls and the diagonal corner walls are joined to one another along four vertical hinges to whereby protect the container against tremendous forces and inertia caused by mixing or shaking machinery.

Reinforced container system

A tray has a bottom panel, side and end panels and top shoulders at opposed ends of the tray. The tray is covered by a separate sleeve that extends across the top of the tray and down opposed sides and across the bottom of the tray. The trays may be stacked with an upper tray resting on the shoulders of the lower tray. The sleeve is a sleeve for the stack of trays with the side panels of the sleeve sized for different numbers of trays in the stack. There may be frictional tabs in the side panels of the tray or trays which have frictional engagement with the side panels of the sleeve.

A shipping container convertible into a display container comprises a case having sidewalls, a closed bottom, and an open top. A separate cover is secured to and closes the open top. The cover comprises a lid panel coextensive in length and width with the open top. A flange depending from each of the side edges of the lid panel and attached to upper outer surfaces of the case sidewalls to secure the cover to the case. A detachable display panel is formed in the lid panel. A detachable protective panel is foldably attached to one side edge of the lid panel by weakened tear lines. The protective panel is attached to the display panel, whereby removal of the protective panel carries with it and removes the display panel to form a display opening in the lid panel for display of and access to product contained in the container.

A tray has a bottom panel, side and end panels and top shoulders at opposed ends of the tray. A separate cover extends across the top and down opposed sides of the tray. The cover has attachment tabs that extend into attachment slots in the tray. The trays may be stacked with an upper tray resting on the shoulders of the lower tray. The cover is a cover for the stack of trays with the side panels of the cover sized for different numbers of trays in the stack. One embodiment has stacking tabs extending above the tray. The cover has cut-outs to accommodate the stacking tabs.

The present invention is directed to a multi-product container and container blank. In accordance with the present invention, a single sheet of foldable material is cut and scored to define a container blank. The blank includes a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, opposed side panels and a plurality of corner panels. Also, a top panel is attached to the back panel opposite said bottom panel. A fold over cup panel is attached to the front panel opposite the bottom panel. The cup panel does not include additional panels or tabs opposite the front panel. An optional cup receptacle is formed in the cup panel. As fanned, the front panel, back panel opposed side panels and plurality of corner panels are hingedly attached to said bottom panel via unperforated score lines.

Multi-product container and container blank

The present invention is directed to a container having a bottom wall, first and second opposite sidewalls, opposite end walls, a top wall. An integral interior partition is dividing the container into two side-by-side compartments each adapted for holding a respective article. The container and partition are made from a single unitary blank cut and folded to form the container and partition. The partition comprises the first and second panels of the first and second sets of panels that are interleaved with one another at inner end edges thereof and the partition is three panels thick over a center portion thereof and two panels thick over the remainder thereof.

The present invention includes a blank and container formed from cellulose-based materials configured to form an octagonal shaped display and/or shipping container. The container includes a multiple sidewall thickness throughout a majority of the various sidewalls to add to stacking strength and stability of the container. Also in certain embodiments, the container includes top panels closing off the top portion of the container. Additionally in another embodiment, the container does not have any top panels at all. Likewise, the container may have solid sidewalls, or the container may have viewing and access cutouts formed in the sidewalls.
