The invention relates to a differential or transfer gearbox () in a motor vehicle, a method of production and the use of the differential or transfer gearbox (). The differential or transfer gearbox () comprises a differential case () in which differential side gears () and differential gears () are accommodated. Each differential side gear () drives a first axle shaft () or a second axle shaft (). A ring gear () is driven by an input shaft () and mounted for conjoint rotation with the differential case (). The ring gear () is interlockingly connected to the differential case () of the differential or transfer gearbox ().

Differential gearbox

A holding element () for attaching magnets () to a rotor () of an electrical machine (). This electrical machine is, in particular, designed as an AC generator and comprises intermediate spaces () between the individual poles (). The holding element () comprises a top side () and spring lugs () which axially fix the magnets (). The holding element () has claw-like projections () which bear against flanks () of the poles () when the holding element () is in the fitted state.

Holding means for electrical machines

The invention relates to an electric machine (), in particular a generator for a motor vehicle, comprising an exciter system composed of a plurality of electrically excited salient poles. The salient poles can be designed within the stator () or rotor () in the form of electromagnetically excited poles () which are axially and radially oriented on the periphery and are alternatively polarized in the peripheral direction. The inventive electrical machine comprises a rotor () and a shaft (), the rotor having a plurality of plates (), wherein the plates () are premounted on the shaft either individually or as a plate assembly () or by means of a plurality of plate assemblies (), the rotor () being connected to the shaft (). The plates () have resilient lugs () for fixing the plates () and/or plate assemblies () to the shaft (). Electrical machine

The invention relates to an electric motor having a stator and a rotor in a housing, wherein the stator comprises a plurality of lamellae that are disposed in parallel and are combined into a package. The lamellae are held together via a spring clamp, which overlaps the lamella package in an axial manner, wherein the spring clamp simultaneously supports the lamella package radially on the interior wall of the housing.

Relay, in particular for a starting device

A steer-by-wire steering system comprised of an electronically regulated steering positioner mounted to the steering gear of the front axle or to both front wheels of a vehicle together with an electronic steering regulator and a feedback actuator. A sensor senses the driver's selected direction from the steering wheel. Road feedback can be relayed to the driver through a feedback actuator via the steering wheel. The loss of road feel caused by the absence of the steering column, which normally strongly influences the driver's directional wish, is recreated by the feedback actuator.

The starter apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes a starter motor; an axially shiftable starting gear engageable with a ring gear of the internal combustion engine; a drive train for transferring rotary motion of a drive shaft of the starter motor to the starting gear, the drive train including a plurality of parts from the starting gear to the drive shaft; a free wheel clutch coupled with the drive shaft of the starter motor; and a shock absorber spring device for damping torque shocks between the starting gear and the drive shaft occurring on operation of the starter and located in the drive train between the starting gear and the drive shaft of the starter motor. According to the invention the shock absorber spring device is prestressed to provide a torque acting in a drive rotation direction equal to from 15 to 50% of the stall torque of the starter motor delivered to the starting gear and a ratio of the torsional rigidity of another drive train equal to the above drive train without the shock absorber spring device and at the stall torque to the torsional rigidity of the shock absorber spring device effective at the starting gear must be at least 4.
