If proximal movement of the plunger is desired, then the plunger may include handle that is operatively coupled to the gripping device such rotation of the handle causes the handle to move longitudinally in the body member. Accordingly, the plunger may be advanced or moved distally by longitudinally pushing the handle and/or by rotating the handle.
