A pipeline reconditioning system and process is provided for reconditioning corroded or damaged pipelines. The reconditioning system includes a mobile topside unit storing and providing reservoirs and supplies of substances used in the pipeline reconditioning and the equipment for the reconditioning system, a management and towing units that are securely anchored in the pipeline at remote access points, and a towed delivery system array that includes a deployment sled that processes the substances and dispenses the reconditioning material, such as a composite epoxy resin with chopped glass or basalt filament fibers, between access points to the pipeline interior.

Pipe reconditioning system

A pipe mounting system comprising support cables is provided for use in mounting an above-ground elevated pipe or an underwater pipe. The pipe mounting system includes a suspended composite pipeline and a support cable. Multiple cable carriers are provided to carry the support cable along the length of the pipeline, and cradles or rings are provided that extend from the cable carriers and receive and support the pipeline.

Surface elevated onshore and offshore cable mounting system

Thermally insulating pipes are provided for use in the transportation of a heated substance, such as steam or a fluid. The thermally insulating pipes allow the substance traveling through the pipes to retain their heat during transport. The thermally insulating pipes may include one or more layers each of pipe and insulating material, which are overlapping and alternating in the thermally insulating pipe. An outer pipe layer is also provided on the thermally insulating pipe, which may have an increased thickness for threading, splicing or swedging the thermally insulating pipe.

Materials and pipes made from woven, knit, spun or braided fiber threads that provide high tensile strength and caustic resistance. A fibrous material, made from a substance such as fiberglass or basalt, is bound to an epoxy resin, which is cured to create a durable material that can be used in several applications, including applications involving high heat and caustic materials.

A geothermal heat delivery system supplies geothermal heat for various residential, surface heating applications, including heating driveways, paths, sidewalks, homes, roofs, swimming pools, and commercial applications, including heating roadways, parkways, highways, airport runways, parking lots and sidewalks. The geothermal heat delivery system includes a series of heat pipes that are used to provide geothermal heat from a borehole to a structure or a surface, which can for example, melt precipitation on a road, driveway or roof, without the use of a ground source heat pump.
