The method includes: determining that the first electronic device is tracked by a Bluetooth peripheral when a moving state successively changes for a plurality of times and there are scanning records of a first type within a preset duration. It can be understood that the first electronic device is accompanied by the Bluetooth peripheral in a plurality of successive different moving states, that is, the Bluetooth peripheral changes with change of the moving state of a user.
