A system described herein may provide for the adaptation and/or expansion of a natural language processing ('NLP') platform, that supports only a limited quantity of intents, such that the described system may support an unlimited (or nearly unlimited) quantity of intents. For example, a hierarchical structure of agents may be used, where each agent includes multiple intents. A top-level (e.g., master) agent may handle initial user interactions, and may indicate a next-level agent to handle subsequent interactions.

Systems and methods for dynamically expanding natural language processing agent capacity

A system is disclosed for chatbot conversation construction, and includes user interface, coupled to a conversation construction and management platform, configured to provide entry of intents, associated responses and search terms, and to construct and store conversation controllers, each based at least in part on one or more of the intents, and build conversation flows, each based at least in part on one or more of the conversation controllers. An artificial intelligence (AI) connector platform couples to the conversation construction and management platform, and is configured to receive natural language (NL) search data from a chatbot channel, format the NL search data into an input protocol of a selectable NL processing engine and receive a response from the NLP engine and, based at least in part on one or more of the conversation flows, convert the NLP engine response to a personalized response, and send the personalized response to the chatbot channel.

System and method for chatbot conversation construction and management

A voicemail application includes a first stage having a first voicemail and at a first position, a second stage having a second voicemail and at a second position adjacent to the first position, and a third stage having a third voicemail and at a third position adjacent to the second position. The voicemail application also includes a playback control configured to cause playback of any voicemail associated with any stage at the first position. The voicemail application increases the surface area of a stage as that stage is brought to the first position while the surface area of the stage previously at the first position decreases.

Systems and methods for providing mobile device security are disclosed. In some implementations, a request for access to a security mechanism is received at a user terminal. A short-range radio connection of the user terminal at a time of receiving the request for access is identified responsive to the request. A memory of the user terminal is accessed to determine whether the identified short-range radio connection corresponds to a user-identified secure radio connection. Upon determining that the radio connection corresponds to the user-identified secure radio connection, the user is granted access to the security mechanism without soliciting the user of the user terminal for a predetermined security input. Upon determining that the radio connection does not correspond to the user-identified secure radio connection, the user is solicited for the predetermined security input.
