An easily opened storage package has enclosure material M forming storage chamber C within the package containing stored article A. Chamber access region A proximate edge E of the package, provides entrance into the chamber and access to the stored article. Band seal formed by upper lamina U and lower lamina L extends along the access region, enclosing breaching bubble . The band seal has inner seal portion I between the bubble and the chamber, and outer seal portion O between the bubble and edge E of the package. The bubble is expandable to open the package by external pressure applied by a consumer. Opposed pair of peel flaps, upper flap U and lower flap L, are formed by the opposed laminae of the outer seal along the edge breach as the bubble breaches. These small initial flaps are grasped by the consumer and manually peeled apart to initiate opening the band seal.

Bubble-seal apparatus for easily opening a sealed package

A method and apparatus is described for multiple-party data attribute management system and interface structure which permits different categories of users to contribute and control different types of source data, while adding informational value to data contributed by other users. The system provides a secure repository for verified and authenticated data, and provides a system of controlled access to the repository. The preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a data verification and certification system which in a principal embodiment is useful to create a data bank to match job seekers with potential employers based on verified resume data and employer specified search criteria.
