Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for generation of keywords for a solution note for resolving an issue associated with a computing component. A dataset for training a keyword data model is received. The dataset includes a plurality of variables associated with one or more values. The keyword data model is configured for determination, as a function of one or more variables in the plurality of variables, of one or more keywords in a plurality of keywords associated with a computing solution in a plurality of computing solutions for resolving a problem with an operation of a computing component in a plurality of computing components. The keyword data model is trained using the received dataset and the keyword data model is applied to one or more variables in the received dataset to generate one or more keywords. One or more keywords associated with the computing solution is generated.

Intelligent keyword recommender

Methods and systems are used for providing a generic data state transfer interface to the state of data and information for a reporting system. As an example, a generic data status request is received, by a generic data source access function of a backend source system, from a reporting system. In response to the generic data status request being received, a first set of notifications is retrieved, by the generic data source access function, from a first source database. Each notification of the first set of notifications to each corresponding target notification of a set of target notifications in a generic data status response is mapped, by the generic data source access function, using a customizable mapping function based on a specific application of a plurality of applications in each notification. The generic data status response is transmitted, by the generic data source access function, to the reporting system.

Generic data state transfer interface to the state of data and information for a reporting system

In a process of consolidated identity management system provisioning to manage access across landscapes, a request is received to provision an entity in one or more heterogeneous landscapes. The request includes one or more sub-requests. Upon determining that the one or more heterogeneous landscapes corresponding to the one or more sub-request is connected to a central IDM system, the entity in the one or more heterogeneous landscapes is provisioned via the central IDM system. The status of the one or more sub-requests is determined using a push pull mechanism at the central IDM system. Upon determining that the one or more heterogeneous landscapes corresponding to the one or more sub-requests is not connected to the central IDM system, the entity is directly provisioned in the one or more heterogeneous landscapes. The request is closed after receiving the status update from the individual one or more sub-requests.

Consolidated identity management system provisioning to manage access across landscapes

In one embodiment the present invention includes a computer-implemented method of reducing a quantity of business application programming interface (BAPI) calls in a hardware client-server environment. The method includes configuring a centralized provisioning system on a hardware server with access definitions for systems. The method further includes receiving, by the centralized provisioning system, a provisioning request for a user of a client to access the systems. The method further includes determining a collected BAPI call according to the access definitions. The method further includes providing access to the user according to the collected BAPI call.
