A tool is provided. The tool may include a handle, a frame, and a removable saw blade including at least one hole on one end thereof and at least one hole on another end thereof. The tool may also include a compensating clip configured to attach the removable saw blade to the frame and to provide tension for the removable saw blade. The compensating clip may include a plate including a clip hook, and the plate further includes an opening where a compensator spring is provided. The clip hook is configured to attach onto the at least one hole of the removable saw blade to attach the saw blade to the frame.

Multi-purpose tool and tension mechanism

In one aspect, the present invention provides a foldable food tray that includes first and second panels, each having upper and lower surfaces and inner, outer, and side edges. Each panel can also include one or more hinge members and one or more locking members. The hinge member(s) can be operatively coupled to one another to permit the first and second panels to move between a closed position and an open position. The locking member(s) can be configured to releasably lock the first and second panels in the open position, thereby preventing the first and second panels from inadvertently moving from the open position.

The present invention is directed to an apparatus allowing a user to get an excellent whole-body work out. The invention includes a frame that has a region for completing a pull up type movement, a region for completing a push up style movement and a region for completing a dip style movement as well as variations of movements within. Additionally the assembled unit may act in a similar fashion to a ballet or balance bar to allow completion of a variety of movements and exercises.

A microwave grill for converting microwave energy to heat and applying the heat to a grillable food or other grillable substance. The microwave grill a cover and a base that each have a grill element and an enclosure. The grill element includes a microwave absorbent material and a grilling surface that are in thermal communication with each other. The enclosure is attached to the grill element. The enclosure is fabricated from a microwave transparent material possessing a low heat transfer rate. The first enclosure substantially extends over the first microwave absorbent material. A hinge mechanism operably attaches the cover and the base. An offset bump extends from at least one of the enclosures to maintain the cover and the base in a first spaced-apart configuration when the cover and the base are in a closed configuration.

An exercise machine includes a dual fulcrum articulated force lever connected to a machine frame. The articulated force lever includes a first force arm and a second force arm. A fixed end of the second force arm is pivotally connected to the frame at a first fulcrum. A movable end of the second force arm is pivotally connected to a first end of the first force arm for pivoting of the first force arm about a second fulcrum. A resistance load is attached intermediately to the first force arm. A handle section is connected to the first end of the first force arm opposite the pivot connection to the second force arm. Movement of the handle section in one direction rotates the first force arm and the second force arm together about the first fulcrum against the load. Movement of the handle section in an opposite direction rotates the first force arm about the second fulcrum against the load.

An exercise apparatus includes a floor engaging base, a vertical stanchion, and at least one body support. Cables are interconnected between respective handles and respective pivot arms. At least one resistance device is interconnected between the pivot arms and the frame. The cables are routed about pulleys on the frame in a manner that facilitates different types of exercise motions. Adjustments to resistance may be made by repositioning at least one of the cables and the resistance device relative to the pivot arms.

An abdominal exercise device comprising a semi-rigid member, an upper member and a lower member is disclosed. The upper member and the lower member couple to the semi-rigid member, the upper member and lower member can be securely or detachably attachable to the semi-rigid member while the lower member can have pivoting capabilities. Feedback may be provided in a visual as well as a physical form to allow a user to determine whether the device is properly being used and optimal results are being achieved while performing the exercises.

The present invention provides a means of exercising wherein the gross body movements of the body during exercise are Kinesiologically Correct, meaning they are governed by the specific forces, specific physiology and specific mechanics according to the natural movements of the body when effected by gravity. The body is supported during the body weight resistive exercise in such a way that the body is maintained in a position the body naturally tends toward when unassisted during a body weight resistive exercise accomplished by the way in which the user interfaces with the machine. In performing assistive exercises, wherein the weight of the user's body is made lighter, the user's body is being pushed upon by the guide arm of the machine while force is being applied to the guide arm through a bi-direction force transferring means. In performing resistive exercises, wherein the weight of the user's body is made heavier, the user is pulling upon or harnessed to the guide arm of the machine while force is being applied to the guide arm through a bi-directional force transferring means. The force engine comprises a force production mechanism and a force transferring means in which the force is created by the force production mechanism and transferred to the guide arm of the machine by the force transferring means.

A microwave grilling appliance comprising grill elements that include heat conducting elements and microwave absorbent material. Troughs are formed in the periphery of the grill elements to contain the liquids produced from grilling a grillable food. A microwave transparent cover and base support the grill elements and provide a void space between the microwave transparent cover and base and the respective grill element. A lip and seal provide a liquid-tight seal between the grill elements and the supporting microwave transparent cover and base. The seal prevents liquids from grilling or washing from entering behind the grill elements. A hinge assembly provides multiple stop positions for the microwave transparent cover relative to the microwave transparent base.
