A wearable device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an inner body; an ultrasonic generator attached to the inner body, an outer body attached to the ultrasonic generator, wherein the ultrasonic generator includes at least one ultrasonic vibrator, a positive electrode substrate connected to the at least one ultrasonic vibrator, and a negative electrode substrate connected to the at least one ultrasonic vibrator, wherein the at least one ultrasonic vibrator is disposed between the positive electrode substrate and the negative electrode substrate.

The non-metal conductive pattern includes a lower non-metal conductive portion that includes a first top surface at a first height from the bottom surface, and an upper non-metal conductive portion that includes a second top surface at a second height from the bottom surface that is higher than the first height and that protrudes from the first top surface of the lower non-metal conductive portion away from the substrate. A difference between the second height and the first height is greater than the first height.

Integrated circuit (IC) device

A refrigerator includes a cabinet defining a storage space, a door configured to open and close at least a portion of the storage space, and an ice maker assembly provided in the storage space. The ice maker assembly includes an ice maker provided forward of a cold air discharge port that is provided at a rear portion of the storage space, where the cold air discharge port is configured to deliver cold air, a front cover that covers a front side of the ice maker and that is configured to be exposed to an outside of the cabinet based on the door being opened, and a heat insulating material provided at a rear surface of the front cover and configured to at least partially block the cold air passing through the ice maker from being delivered past a front surface of the front cover.

Disclosed are: a polymer electrolyte membrane which can guarantee the production of a membrane-electrode assembly having excellent mechanical properties without a decrease in performance, such as in ionic conductivity, and thus having a high enough durability to achieve at least 30,000 wet/dry cycles as measured according to the NEDO protocol; a membrane-electrode assembly including the polymer electrolyte membrane; and a method for measuring the durability of the membrane-electrode assembly. The polymer electrolyte membrane according to the present invention comprises a composite layer including: a porous support having multiple pores; and ionomers filling the pores, and has an MD internal tearing strength of 150 N/mm or greater, a TD internal tearing strength of 150 N/mm or greater, a stab initial strain of 8% or less, and a stab final strain of 10% or less.

Polymer electrolyte membrane, membrane-electrode assembly including same, and method for measuring durability thereof

A refrigerator includes: a cabinet and a door configured to open and close the cabinet. The door includes a cap decoration defining an upper surface of the door and having an opening; an outer plate defining a front appearance of the door and including a display configured to indicate operation information; a door liner coupled to the outer plate and defining a rear surface of the door; an insulating material filled between the outer plate and the door liner; an inner case coupled to the outer plate and the cap decoration inside of the door and including an accommodating space that communicates with the opening; and a display assembly inserted through the opening from an outside of the door and disposed inside of the case, and the cap decoration includes a case inserting portion into which the inner case is inserted and restrained.

A quantum entity authentication apparatus and method. The quantum entity authentication apparatus includes a quantum state preparation unit for preparing an authentication quantum state that is generated based on an authentication key previously shared with an entity, a quantum channel verification unit for transmitting a quantum state, generated by performing an operation using a prestored unique operator on the authentication quantum state, to a quantum measurement device, and for verifying security of a quantum channel by using a result of Bell measurement and the authentication quantum state, the result of Bell measurement being revealed by the quantum measurement device for the quantum state, and a quantum entity authentication unit for, when the security of the quantum channel is verified, authenticating the entity using the result of the Bell measurement and the unique operator.

In the ion exchange membrane, the size of a channel through which ions permeate is limited or an additive capable of trapping ions is introduced into an ion movement path, so that the permeation of ions is prevented, leading to the improvement of voltage efficiency and the prevention of deterioration.

An apparatus and method for quantum direct communication using single qubits. The apparatus includes a quantum state preparation unit for preparing quantum states including a message state prepared using pairs of single qubits based on a bit of a message to be sent to a communication partner, an authentication state prepared using random qubit pairs, and a verification state prepared using random qubit pairs, a quantum state communication unit for transmitting the quantum states to the communication partner and measuring a quantum state of a message received from the communication partner, an authentication unit for authenticating, using the authentication state, the communication partner depending on whether an authentication key previously shared with the communication partner is possessed, a verification unit for verifying security of a quantum channel using the verification state, and a message restoration unit for restoring the received message using the message state.

An apparatus and method for a reliable quantum signature. Apparatus and method for reliable quantum signature

A composite polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell may be manufactured by the following method: partially or totally filling the inside of a pore of a porous support with a hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte solution by performing a solution impregnation process; and drying the hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte solution while completely filling the inside of the pore with the hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte solution by performing a spin dry process on the porous support of which the inside of the pore is partially or totally filled with the hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte solution.
