Provided is an aluminum nitride structure that includes a plurality of aluminum nitride particles, wherein aluminum nitride particles that are adjacent are bound to each other through a boehmite phase containing boehmite, and the porosity is 30% or less. Also provided is a method for producing an aluminum nitride structure that includes: obtaining a mixture by mixing an aluminum nitride powder with a solvent containing water; and pressurizing and heating the mixture under conditions of a pressure of 10 to 600 MPa and a temperature of 50 to 300° C.

Aluminum nitride structure and method for producing same

Provided is an inorganic structure including a plurality of magnesium oxide particles; and a binding part that covers a surface of each of the magnesium oxide particles and binds the magnesium oxide particles together. The binding part contains an amorphous compound containing silicon, a metallic element other than silicon, and oxygen, and contains substantially no alkali metal, B, V, Te, P, Bi, Pb, and Zn. Also provided is a method for producing an inorganic structure including: a step for obtaining a mixture by mixing a plurality of magnesium oxide particles, a plurality of amorphous silicon dioxide particles, and an aqueous solution containing a metallic element other than silicon; and a step for pressurizing and heating the mixture under conditions of a pressure of 10 to 600 MPa and a temperature of 50 to 300° C.

Provided is an optical filter including: a matrix including an inorganic substance having a water solubility of 0.4 g/100 g-HO or less; and a wavelength selective absorption material dispersed in the matrix. The optical filter absorbs an optical component having a wavelength of any band in a target wavelength band of 0.8 to 20 μm. A temperature at which a mass reduction rate of the wavelength selective absorption material is 10% by mass when heated in air from 100° C. at a rate of 10° C./min is 900° C. or less. An apparent density of the optical filter relative to a true density of the matrix is 70% or more. In the target wavelength band, a wavelength bandwidth where a linear transmittance per 1 mm thickness of the optical filter is 30% or more is 50 nm or more.

A boehmite structure includes a plurality of boehmite particles where adjacent boehmite particles are bonded to each other. The boehmite structure has a porosity of 30% or less. A method of producing a boehmite structure includes obtaining a mixture by mixing hydraulic alumina with a solvent including water, and pressurizing and heating the mixture under a condition of a pressure of 10 to 600 MPa and a temperature of 50 to 300° C.

Provided is a composite member, including: an inorganic layer that contains an inorganic substance containing at least one of a metal oxide or a metal oxide hydroxide.
