A vibration dampening system for a work vehicle may include a cab frame having a plurality of structural frame members, with the structural frame members including a first frame member extending along a first side of the cab frame and a second frame member extending along a second side of the cab frame. The second side is opposite the first side. In addition, the system may include a vibration damper coupled between the first and second frame members. The vibration damper may extend lengthwise between a first end coupled to the first frame member and a second end coupled to the second frame member. The vibration damper is configured to reduce an amount of vibrations being transmitted through the cab frame.

Vibration dampening system for a work vehicle with cab dampers

A vibration dampening system for a work vehicle may include a chassis frame, a cab frame, and a suspension assembly coupled between the frames. The suspension assembly may include a superstructure having at least two mounting interfaces for coupling the cab frame to the superstructure and at least one support structure extending at least partially between the mounting interfaces. The support structure(s) include a first end portion, a second end portion opposite the first end portion, and a connector portion extending between the first and second end portions. In addition, the system includes an elastomeric vibration damper provided in association with the connector portion of the support structure(s) such that the vibration damper extends along an outer surface of the support structure(s) along at least a portion of the length of the connector portion. The elastomeric vibration damper is configured to reduce vibrations transmitted through the support structure(s).

Vibration dampening system for a work vehicle with elastomeric dampers

A vibration dampening system for a work vehicle may include a chassis frame extending lengthwise between a front end and a rear end. The chassis frame may include a first sidewall extending lengthwise along a first side of the frame between the front and rear ends and a second sidewall extending lengthwise along a second side of the frame between the front and rear ends. The system may also include a cab frame supported relative to the chassis frame via a suspension assembly, and a vibration damper coupled between the opposed first and second sides of the chassis frame. The vibration damper may extend lengthwise between a first end coupled to the first sidewall and a second end coupled to the second sidewall. The vibration damper is configured to reduce an amount of vibrations being transmitted through the chassis frame to the cab frame via the suspension assembly.

Vibration dampening system for a work vehicle with chassis dampers

In one aspect, a system of active noise cancellation includes a signal processing apparatus in operative communication with at least one input device and at least one output device disposed within or proximate to a cabin of a work vehicle. Generally, the signal processing apparatus can be configured to perform a method of active noise cancellation. The method can include receiving an audio input signal from the at least one input device, the audio input signal comprising audio perceptible from within the cabin. The method can also include processing the audio input signal to separate ambient noise in the audio input signal from equipment noise in the audio input signal and generating an output waveform based on the ambient noise, and outputting the output waveform through the at least one audio output device. The output waveform can be configured to at least partially cancel out the ambient noise.

Active noise cancellation in work vehicles

A diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank for an off-road vehicle including a retaining bar configured to support the DEF tank and a channel molded into a side of the DEF tank. The channel is configured to interface with the retaining rod. The DEF tank further including a cutout formed within the channel, wherein the cutout establishes a gap between the retaining bar and a body of the DEF tank. The DEF tank also includes a drain channel molded into an exterior surface of the DEF tank. The drain channel is configured to provide structural support to the DEF tank, and the gap is configured to enable DEF flow downwardly into the drain channel without contacting the retaining bar.

Diesel exhaust fluid tank for an off-road vehicle

A system includes a mounting assembly for a muffler of an off-road vehicle including a first mounting pad rotatably coupled to a first support. The first mounting pad is configured to rotate in a first direction and in a second direction, opposite the first direction, about a first rotation axis. The mounting assembly also includes a second mounting pad rotatably coupled to a second support. The second mounting pad is configured to rotate in the first direction and in the second direction about a second rotation axis. Moreover, the first and second mounting pads are laterally offset from one another relative to a longitudinal axis of the muffler, the first and second mounting pads are configured to support the muffler, and the first and second mounting pads are configured to independently rotate relative to the respective supports about the respective rotation axes.

A diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank for an off-road vehicle including a first conduit channel molded into an exterior surface of the DEF tank, at a first depth, in which the first conduit channel is configured to guide a first conduit along the exterior surface of the DEF tank. The DEF tank further including a second conduit channel molded into the exterior surface of the DEF tank at a second depth, different than the first depth, in which the second conduit channel is configured to guide a second conduit, and the first depth and the second depth are selected to create a vertical gap between the first conduit and the second conduit at an intersection of the conduits.
