Systems and techniques are provided herein to an agentless Information Technology (IT) asset management system that automatically identifies and executes remedial actions independent of a client-side agent installed on the client system. In particular, artificial intelligence is used to trigger agentless actions via one or more application programming interfaces (APIs). The APIs trigger services that interface directly with operating system supported functionalities to manage IT assets.

Agentless remote machine management

A method and system of providing users with a tool to interact with content from a primary app through a secondary app are disclosed. The secondary app obtains source data from the primary app and determines whether the data includes labels that can trigger the application of a particular configuration in the presentation of the content. Changes made to the source data in the secondary app that relate to substantive or key data for the content do not affect the source data in the primary app. However, changes made in the secondary app that relate to non-substantive data can be propagated back to the primary app.

System and method for app-to-app content reconfiguration

A system may include a first computing system that may include at least one processor. The at least one processor may receive a request for identification information associated with a user of the first computing device, such that the request is received from a second computing device. The at least one processor may then receive information regarding an entity associated with the second computing device, retrieve data comprising the identification information from a storage component, generate additional data comprising a portion of the identification information based on the information regarding the entity, and send the additional data to the second computing device.
