One embodiment provides a method, the method including: receiving, at a centralized electronic management system, a set of referral requirements for each of a plurality of health care departments within a health system; creating, using the centralized electronic management system, a referral requirement form for each of the plurality of health care departments by creating a plurality of data entry fields associated with the set of referral requirements; receiving, at the centralized electronic management system, a referral request from a referring clinician to one of the plurality of health care departments, wherein the referral request is provided based upon the referral requirement form for the one of the plurality of health care departments; and providing, from the centralized electronic management system to the one of the plurality of health care departments, a referral notification generated responsive to the referral request.

Computerized data processing systems and methods for generating graphical user interfaces

Systems and methods are disclosed for detecting partial electronic schedule updates and generating targeted electronic notifications. A system may comprise a communication interface configured to establish bidirectional communication with a plurality of electronic devices, and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to receive trade request information from a first electronic device, determine a second electronic device associated with the request recipient, generate and transmit a request electronic notification to the second electronic device including at least one response hyperlink, receive, from the second electronic device, acceptance data generated in response to selection of the at least one response hyperlink, automatically modify an electronic record to update schedule information for the request recipient and the requestor, and automatically generate and transmit update electronic notifications to the first and second electronic devices for generating graphical user interfaces reflecting completion of the trade request.

Systems and methods for generating electronic communications and updating electronic databases

An embodiment provides a method, including: accepting, from a mobile device, clinician credentials; authenticating, using a processor, a clinician using the clinician credentials; displaying, at the mobile device, a clinician specific data within a mobile device application, wherein the clinician specific data includes a plurality of patients currently associated with the clinician credentials; displaying, at the mobile device, an admission request form for requesting that a patient of the plurality of patients be admitted to another healthcare facility; accepting, at the mobile device, user input that populates one or more data fields of the admission request form; communicating, over a network connection, to a remote device an admission request generated using the user input; receiving, at the mobile device, admission confirmation data; and updating, using a processor, an admission status for the patient. Interconnected medical systems and clinician mobile device applications

A method for processing data to generate a graphical user interface may include receiving a set of referral requirements for a first department of a facility, wherein the set of referral requirements indicates data requested by the department for making a referral to the first department. The method may also include creating a plurality of data entry fields associated with the set of referral requirements into an electronic form, receiving a referral request directed to the first department, and providing the electronic form. The method may further include processing received data input to the plurality of data entry fields, automatically filling data fields of a referral notification form using the received input, generating a graphical user interface for notification of a referral to the first department, and providing the graphical user interface to the first department.

Centralized hospital communication system and methods are provided for event monitoring and notification. In some embodiments, consistent with the present embodiments, a centralized hospital communication server is disclosed. The centralized hospital communication server may include a memory storing instructions, and at least one processor configured to execute the stored instructions to: receive, from a networked device, event information indicative of an event, the event information including at least one personal attribute of a first individual associated with the event; search a network database for information associated with at least one location within a hospital, the first location information including at least one location attribute; identify, based on the received event information and the received first location information, a selected location for the first individual associated with the event; and automatically generate and transmit at least one electronic communication to a first electronic device associated with the selected location.

Systems and methods for automated and centralized real-time event detection and communication

An embodiment provides a method, including: accessing, using a processor of an electronic device, a list of on-call clinicians; accessing, using the processor, a list of requirements for a healthcare facility on-call clinician schedule; producing, using the processor, an initial on-call clinician schedule based on the list of on-call clinicians; determining, using the processor, whether the list of requirements is satisfied by the initial on-call clinician schedule; and providing an indication as a result of the determining.
