A device, system and method are set forth which provides for auto-configuration of progressive jackpot gaming linkages. Gaming terminals may be provided with jackpot controller software modules available to be unlocked when a licensed security device is attached. The progressive jackpot controller receives game attribute data and determines which games can be associated with which mystery or symbol based progressive jackpots. Reporting and logging functions are provided as well.

Progressive configuration device, system and method for gaming devices

Various embodiments are directed to systems and methods for providing management of multiple progressive pools. In some embodiments, a progressive pool management system may include at least one gaming machine configured to present a first game having a progressive pool. The progressive pool management system may include at least one gaming machine configured to present a second game having a progressive pool. The progressive pool management system may include a server in communication with the at least one gaming machine configured to present the first game and the at least one gaming machine configured to present the second game. The server may associate a section of a unified pool with the progressive pool of the first game. The server may associate a section of the unified pool with the progressive pool of the second game.

Various embodiments are directed to gaming machines having multi-monitor support for controlling up to four monitors on a gaming device. According to one embodiment, the gaming device includes a first display for presenting a primary game. The gaming device also includes a second display. The second display is used to present a secondary game. The gaming device further includes a multi-core processor in communication with a first video chipset and a second video chipset, wherein the first and second video chipsets support the first and second monitors.
