Toy model assemblies of multiple planar layer pieces mechanically fastened together with adjustable connectors. Models incorporating the multilayered assemblies can be made to hold their position when the adjustable connectors are tightened. The layer pieces have profiles that represent specific model components some of which rotate about a perpendicular connector in parallel planes. Stratified layer assemblies capturing a specialized connector provide rotation on an axis in the same plane as capturing layers. The model layer pieces are preferably all the same thickness and cut from sheets of quality plywood.

Multilayered model assemblies

This invention is directed toward a versatile, low profile pocket tool. The pocket tool contains only a single backing plate and can be made without using any screws, pins, or other fasteners. In that way, the implements can easily be removed and interchanged. The stability of the pocket tool is gained by using an tabs that interlock around a track on the implement. This interlocking facilitates rotation and stability. In embodiments, there can be a single tab and a single track, or multiple tabs and multiple tracks.

The device of the present invention comprises an intervening release liner as a common special feature, and the intervening release liner covers a part of an adhesive surface of a patch. The intervening release liner gets away from the patch, and is fixed to a patch application support (or porator tab). Due to such constitution, under a situation in use where the first part of the adhesive area of the patch adheres to a skin surface, the patch application support is slidable along the skin surface while peeling the intervening release liner from said part of the adhesive area of the patch to adhere to the skin surface.

Provided herein is a low-profile key ring including a planar body including first and second inflection points, a connecting section extending between the first and second inflection points to define a concave indentation of the planar body, and a split disposed in the connecting section to define an outer segment and an inner segment of the connecting section, wherein the outer segment and inner segment are complementarily contoured.

This invention is directed toward a flat, washer-like key ring. In some embodiments, the key ring is substantially circular. It is distinct from prior art in that the key ring largely, or entirely, resides in a single plane, as opposed to being concentric circles overlapped one on top of the other. The key ring has a split line running through a portion of its body. The split line creates inner and outer segments along a portion of the plane of the body. The split line can be non-linear, in that it may not be a straight line. As such, the split line has protrusions and slots running along its length. These protrusions and slots interact mechanically to allow the key ring to remain securely closed, and endure greater radial forces, by coupling the inner and outer segments together. The inner and outer segments are also releasably attached so as to facilitate the addition or removal of a key.
