Disclosed is a liquid fertilizer including: (i) an aqueous composition including ammonium thiosulfate; and (ii) a complex of a metal ion and a chelating agent, wherein the metal ion is selected from the group consisting of zinc, manganese, copper, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and molybdenum. The complex lowers the freeze point of the aqueous composition when creating a liquid fertilizer including the ammonium thiosulfate and the complex. Optionally, the liquid fertilizer includes borate ions. Methods of using the liquid fertilizer are also disclosed.

Liquid fertilizer

A pad includes a leading edge, a trailing edge having a thickness different from a thickness of the leading edge, a first portion oriented to engage a surface, and a second portion oriented to engage the surface. The second portion is more fluid absorbent than the first portion.

Floor finish application pad and method

A floor finish application apparatus and method for applying floor finishes to a floor. The floor finish application apparatus can include an applicator pad, which in some embodiments comprises filter material. In some embodiments, the filter material is air filter material, and has certain wet and/or dry friction characteristics, density, thickness, compressive resistance, liquid absorptive capacity, porosity, spreading capability, and/or leveling capability. In some embodiments, the pad has a stepped or otherwise uneven height.

A tool and method for removing a film from a surface is provided, wherein the tool can include a frame, a handle operably coupled to the frame, a number of wheels operably coupled to the frame, a cylinder rotatably coupled to the frame, an arm rotatably coupled to the frame, and a number of separating devices operably coupled to the arm. In some embodiments, the wheels can rotate about one or more axes parallel to the surface. The cylinder, which collects the removed film, rotates about an axis that can also be parallel to the surface. The arm can rotate about an axis that can also be parallel to the surface.

Method and apparatus for removing a film from a surface

The present invention is directed to a method of enhancing the appearance of a soiled porous surface. The inventive method includes applying a concentrated, alkaline, cleaning composition to the soiled porous surface. This concentrated, alkaline, cleaning composition is then allowed to remain on the surface for a period of time before it is rinsed with water. After drying, a maintainer composition is then applied to the surface. The maintainer composition includes a pore-filling component. The cleaning composition includes an alkaline source and, optionally, a solvent.
