Systems and methods of localizing or delivery cells, biologics and/or drugs to a specific target area to treat pelvic health disorders are provided. A treatment composition including cells, biologics and/or drugs are associated with magnetic particulates, and the positioning of these materials is facilitated through use of a magnetic field-generating device that is configured to be placed on or into a pelvic anatomical structure. Certain embodiments directed to the treatment of ED in male patients can include a cell based therapy system.

Systems and methods for the treatment of pelvic disorders including magnetic particulates

Devices and methods for delivering treatment fluids or particulates such as, stem cells, drugs, Botox and like, to an inner lining of a bladder for treatment of urinary tract disorders, including over-active bladder. A balloon delivery system can include an inflation balloon having a plurality of micro-needles configured to pierce and otherwise puncture an inner bladder wall so as to deliver the treatment fluid to bladder tissue. The treatment fluid can be directly injected into the bladder tissue using the micro needles. Alternatively, the micro needles can be fabricated of bioabsorbable or bioresorbable materials such that the micro needles can remain embedded within the bladder tissue to deliver the treatment fluid or particulate.

Micro-needle bladder balloon

A fluid delivery system including a first balloon and a second balloon at least partially positioned within the first balloon, wherein the second balloon has an inner surface, an outer surface, and at least one micro-needle extending outwardly from the outer surface of the second balloon. The delivery system can further include a fluid source in communication with at least one of the micro-needles of the second balloon.

Devices, systems, and related methods for delivery of fluid to tissue

Devices and methods for delivering treatment fluids or particulates such as, stem cells, drugs, Botox and like, to an inner lining of a bladder for treatment of urinary tract disorders, including over active bladder. Various embodiments of an implant system for treating fecal incontinence are provided. The devices and systems can include a mesh or like device that can include a variable porosity to control the degree of expansion of the anal canal. The mesh can be constructed at least in part of patterned strut members allowing for various geometric configurations, with varying load and tension properties for the designated portions of the device according to the needs for a particular patient application.

Fecal incontinence treatment device and method

The invention relates to systems and therapeutic methods to reduce plaque causing Peyronie's disease. One approach uses high pressure injection of collagenase-containing composition into a penile plaque. Plaque disruption is enhanced by the mechanical force of the high pressure, followed by the enzymatic action of collagenase. Another approach uses collagenase as a pretreatment, followed by addition of adipose-derived stem cells ADSCs. The initial collagenase injection breaks down collagen (often more type III than type I in Peyronie's) to provide short term benefit. The longer-term benefit is provided by introduction of ADSCs to the plaque, which can produce cytokines and other signals for revascularization, and restoration of normal penile tissue. The resulting combination advantageously reduces the bulk of the plaque early on with ongoing reduction through the revascularization of the tissue. In addition, the treatment provides an advantageous shift of elastin and collagen ratios.
