An automated warehouse includes a plurality of transfer destinations at which articles can be placed; and a transporter that moves between the plurality of transfer destinations and that transfers the article to the transfer destination, the automated warehouse including: moving-side image capturer provided on the transporter and image-captures the transfer destination and a part or all of an operation of transferring the article to the transfer destination performed by the transporter; and a fixed-side image capturer provided at a predetermined position in the automated warehouse, and image-captures, from a direction different from that of the moving-side image capturer, the transporter and a part or all of the operation of transferring the article to the transfer destination performed by the transporter.

Automated warehouse

A transporter that moves between a plurality of transfer destinations at which articles can be placed, and transfers the article to the transfer destination, the transporter including a transferer capable of extending to or retracting from the transfer destination, and that places the article at the transfer destination in a state of having extended to the transfer destination from a waiting position; a detector that detects, after the transporter has transferred the article to the transfer destination, before the transporter starts moving toward another transfer destination, and before the transporter has returned to the waiting position, a posture or a position of the article; and a determiner that determines whether or not the posture or the position of the article is within a preliminarily set appropriate range, on the basis of detection results of the detector.

Transporter and transporting method

A storage warehouse includes shelves, wherein first and second containers capable of being transported while placed on an attachment are stored; a warehouse-in port and a warehouse-out port whereon the first and second containers placed on the attachment are placed; a warehouse-in conveyor and a warehouse-out conveyor that convey the first and second containers placed on the attachment between the shelves, and the warehouse-in port and between the shelves, and the warehouse-out port; an attachment-use warehouse-in/out port that temporarily stores the attachment; and a transfer machine that is capable of transferring the attachment between the attachment-use warehouse-in/out port and the warehouse-in port and between the attachment-use warehouse-in/out port and the warehouse-out port.

In an automated warehouse, if a controller receives an instruction to retreat a first carrier and if the first carrier is holding an article or if an article is housed in a housing shelf corresponding to an isolation region that is a retreat destination, the controller causes the first carrier to carry the article to a housing shelf to and from which a second carrier is able to transfer an article, then causes the first carrier to retreat, and then drives the second carrier within a range of a track except for the isolation region. When it is detected that one of first doors corresponding to the isolation region has been opened, the controller continues driving the second carrier.

Automated warehouse and method for controlling automated warehouse

The safety of a worker is ensured, and the area in which purging is halted is limited to the minimum. The inner space of a device is divided into a working area and a non-working area, and purging of articles in the working area is halted and the purging of the articles in the non-working area is continued. The oxygen concentration in the working area is measured, and if the oxygen concentration of the working area decreases to a predetermined value or less, the purging of the articles in the non-working area is halted.

A drawer deviceincludes supporting membersconfigured to be inserted in a gap under a FOUPloaded on a shelfand to be fixed to the shelf, and lifting members configured to switch between a first height position and a second height position where the first height position enables insertion of the supporting membersinto the gap and the second height position allows the lifting member to lift the FOUPhigher than the first height position, and configured to allow the FOUPto slide toward the front of the shelfat the second height position.

Drawer device and storage device

A nozzle that can introduce gas into containers placed at a predetermined interval. The nozzle introduces gas into the container without contacting the container, and includes a main opening where the gas at a first flow rate is discharged and a sub-opening where the gas at a second flow rate is discharged in a same direction as the direction of the gas discharged from the main opening.

A purge apparatus is provided which can purge with clean gas even in a case where an in-use state is selected after a long period of a non-use state. The purge apparatus includes a nozzle which is connectable to a container and through which gas passes, a detection unit which detects a connection state between the container and the nozzle, and a flow rate adjustment unit which allows the gas to flow at a first flow rate when the container and the nozzle are in a connected state, and allows the gas to flow at a second flow rate, which is lower than the first flow rate, when the container and the nozzle are in a disconnected state.
