This vehicle cooling device includes a duct communicating with a heating element disposed in a vehicle, an opening provided in the duct, positioned below a seat surface part of a seat disposed above a floor panel, and opening to a passenger compartment, and a fan supplying air suctioned into the duct from the opening to the heating element, in which the opening is positioned on a vehicle-body rear side with respect to a seat fixing part on a vehicle-body front side among seat fixing parts for fixing the seat to the floor panel in a state in which it is disposed on a vehicle-body rear side of a front end of the seat surface part.

Vehicle cooling device

In a battery pack, a cover is fixed to a case by a special component. A first service plug includes a special tool detaching the special component. Part of the first service plug or part of a first lid closing it and part of a second service plug or part of an annular component between a second housing part and a second lid closing it are superimposed together via a superimposed part. In the superimposed part, part of the first service plug or part of the first lid is positioned on a deeper side in a direction where the first service plug and the first lid are detached. Accordingly, the first service plug cannot be detached unless the second service plug is detached, and unless both the first and second service plugs are detached, the cover cannot be detached from the case using the special tool, thus ensuring safety.

Battery pack

In this fuel cell vehicle, a radiator, a protruding region of a casing, and a connecting bar of a fuel cell stack are arranged in a front box in the listed order from the front toward the rear in the direction in which the vehicle travels. A first end plate and a second end plate are fixed directly on a frame member via mounting members, and the frame member is fixed to a vehicle body frame. After an external load has been transmitted from the radiator and the protruding region of the casing to the first end plate and the second end plate, the external load is transmitted to the vehicle body frame via a side frame.

Fuel cell vehicle

A group of fuel gas system devices are provided at a first end plate of a fuel cell system through a block member. A cover member is provided at the first end plate to cover the group of the fuel gas system devices. Support rod members are provided at the first end plate. The support rod members protrude outward in a stacking direction to support the cover member at the front ends of the support rod members.

Fuel cell system

An end plate of a fuel cell stack is directly fixed to a humidifier. A resin pipe is attached to an oxygen-containing gas outlet of an end plate through a resin coupling pipe. The resin pipe includes one end having a large diameter and the other end having a small diameter. The other end is provided at an off gas supply channel of the humidifier. The off gas supply channel includes an inclined channel. The other end extends up to an end of the inclined channel where inclination of the inclined channel is started. An off gas ejection port is formed at the other end. The off gas ejection port is opened to the end of the inclined channel where inclination is started. Condensed water returned along the inclined channel flows from the off gas ejection port into the resin pipe.

Fuel cell stack coupled to a humidifier via an inclined channel

A fuel cell vehicle is provided with a fuel cell stack and a vehicle body frame for mounting the fuel cell stack in a front box. The fuel cell stack and a frame member have portions overlapping with each other in a vehicle width direction in a plan view of the vehicle. A vehicle-forward end portion of the fuel cell stack is positioned closer to the rear of the vehicle than a vehicle-forward end portion of the frame member. A vehicle-rearward end portion of the fuel cell stack is positioned closer to the front of the vehicle than a vehicle-rearward end portion of the frame member.
