The present invention discloses polyethyleneamine salts of sulphonyl oleic acid and a 5 hydrocarbon fuel additive composition comprising the same. The said polyethyleneamine salts of sulphonyl oleic acid is made by mixing a sulphonyl oleic acid with at least one polyethyleneamine. Wherein, the sulphonyl oleic acid is selected from at least one of (9Z)-8-sulfo-octadec-9-enoic acid or (9Z)-11-sulfo-octadec-9-enoic acid. The at least one polyethyleneamine is selected from triethylenetetramine (TETA), or diethylenetriamine 0 (DETA), pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, tetraethylenepentamine, 1,4,7-triazacyclononane, 1,1,1-Tris(aminomethyl)ethane, or cyclen. The hydrocarbon fuel additive composition is made of polyethyleneamine salts of sulphonyl oleic acid and a cosolvent system consisting of sulphonyl oleic acid and dioxane. Wherein, the said hydrocarbon fuel additive composition acts as a dual functional additive and synergistically improves the conductivity as well as 5 lubricity of a hydrotreated diesel fuel.

The present disclosure discloses a crosslinked polymer for dewaxing the lubricating oils, the polymer derived from (a) 70-77 weight percentage of at least one alkyl acrylate; (b) 23-28 weight percentage of at least one vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon; (c) 0.1-2.5 weight percentage of at least one crosslinker; and (d) 0.75-2.5 weight percentage of at least one initiator and wherein the polymer has a number average molecular weight in the range of 5000-15000. The present disclosure discloses a convenient process for preparing the crosslinked polymer. The present disclosure further reveals a method for dewaxing the lubricating oil.

Organometallic compound for hydrocarbon cracking

The present disclosure relates to a corrosion inhibitor formulation comprising: a) at least one quaternary ammonium salt; b) at least one fatty acid methyl ester; c) at least one viscosity reducing agent; and d) at least one solubilizing agent, wherein the at least one quaternary ammonium salt to the at least one fatty acid methyl ester weight ratio is in the range of 1:0.2-1:5.0. The instant disclosure further relates to the process of preparation of the corrosion inhibitor formulation.

The present disclosure provides a bis-quaternary ammonium salt of Formula I wherein A is selected from O, NH, S, C(O), C(NH) or C(S); Rand Rare independently selected from Calkyl or H; Ris Calkyl, Caralkyl or Callyl; Xis selected from chloro, bromo, iodo, hydroxide, nitrate or sulphate; and n and m are independently 1 to 6. Furthermore, a corrosion inhibition formulation comprising said bis-quaternary ammonium salt is revealed. A catalyst is provided having: (a) at least one multimetallic salt; and (b) at least one organic acid, wherein the at least one multimetallic salt to the at least one organic acid weight ratio is in the range of 1:0.01-1:0.5.
