Provided is a register that can more surely suppress abnormal noise caused by air passing through a space between a damper and a retainer. An inner wall of an upper side wall of the retainer is formed with a plurality of rib parts provided on a downstream side relative to an outer periphery on the downstream side of a plate member in a closed state of a damper. The plurality of rib parts is arranged in a direction parallel to a turning axis of the damper, and adjacent rib parts are formed into different shapes. A soft seal member is provided with a plurality of protrusion parts on an upper surface of the outer periphery on the downstream side of the plate member.

A manufacturing method of a reactor includes: a coil mold step of forming a coil mold in which a first resin is molded to cover at least part of a coil; and a main body mold step of forming a main body mold in which a second resin is molded to cover at least part of an assembly body in which the coil, the coil mold, two I-cores, and an O-core surrounding the coil and the coil mold are assembled. In the coil mold step, a gap plate configured to fill a gap between positions where the two I-cores are placed is formed by molding with the first resin. In the main body mold step, gap plates each configured to fill a gap between the O-core and a corresponding one of the I-cores are formed by molding with the second resin.

There is provided a production method that is capable of producing a high-strength fiber-reinforced resin member, wherein the desired orientation is ensured for continuous fibers forming a continuous fiber-reinforced member, as a result of which an appropriate part thereof is reinforced with a continuous fiber-reinforced member that possesses desired physical properties (tensile strength, etc.). It is a method of producing a fiber-reinforced resin member using a mold in which a cavity is defined by closing a lower mold and an upper mold, the mold comprising a groove part formed within the lower mold and that communicates with the cavity, a core slidably provided within the groove part, and a push-up means that pushes the core up, the method comprising: a first step of disposing a continuous fiber-reinforced member on the core; and a second step of charging softened or molten matrix resin into the cavity, pushing up the core with the push-up means to bury the continuous fiber-reinforced member in the matrix resin, and producing a fiber-reinforced resin member in which the continuous fiber-reinforced member is buried in cured matrix resin.

Method of producing a fiber-reinforced resin member

According to the present invention, a gas tank having a gas-barrier inner shell and an outer shell that is formed so as to cover the inner shell and is made of a pressure-resistant FRP, such outer shell comprising reinforcing fiber bundles (A), a thermosetting resin (B), and an elastomer particles and/or thermoplastic resin particles (C), provided that elastomer particles and/or thermoplastic resin particles (C) that have been dispersed in a thermosetting resin (B) exist in reinforcing fiber bundles (A), is provided. Such gas tank is excellent in strength and heat resistance and has suppressed gas permeability.

A process for recycling a thermoplastic resin covered with a thermosetting-resin paint film includes the steps of decomposing the paint film by bringing the thermoplastic resin covered with the paint film into contact with a paint-film-decomposing agent in a molten state, and removing decomposed products, resulting from the paint film and the paint-film-decomposing agent, and the residual paint-film-decomposing agent by degassification to prepare a recycled resin. The paint-film-decomposing agent can be primary amines and/or secondary amines having a boiling point of 250.degree. C. or less, or being decomposed at 250.degree. C. or less, or can be tertiary amines and/or quaternary amines having a boiling point of 250.degree. C. or less, or being decomposed at 250.degree. C. or less to which water and/or alcohols is added.
