There is provided an endoscopic device, including: an image sensor section including an image sensor that senses and converts lights into an electrical signal; a substrate that is electrically connected to the image sensor section; and an intermediate unit, interposed between the image sensor section and the substrate, that electrically connects the image sensor section and the substrate.

Disclosed herein is a light quantity adjusting device including: first and second diaphragm blades shiftably provided to adjust a size of a diaphragm aperture; a neutral density filter blade provided shiftably in the same direction as the first and second diaphragm blades and having a neutral density filter adapted to cover the diaphragm aperture to reduce a quantity of light passing through the diaphragm aperture; and a drive mechanism adapted to shift the first and second blades and the neutral density filter blade; wherein the drive mechanism is configured to include an actuator, a first cam groove, a second cam groove, a third cam groove, an arm, a first cam-pin, and a second cam-pin.

A lens barrel includes: a plurality of lenses disposed in an outer enclosure; an imaging device that converts image light introduced through the plurality of lenses into an image signal; a first movable unit including a first movable lens and a first lens holder that holds the first movable lens; a second movable unit including a second movable lens and a second lens holder that holds the second movable lens; a first lead screw rotated by a first drive motor; a second lead screw rotated by a second drive motor; a first nut member made of a metal material threadably engaging the first lead screw and connected to the first lens holder; and a second nut member made of a metal material threadably engaging the second lead screw and connected to the second lens holder.

A lens barrel includes: a plurality of lenses disposed in an outer enclosure; an imaging device that converts image light introduced through the plurality of lenses into an image signal; a movable unit including a movable lens and a lens holder that holds the movable lens; a lead screw rotated by a drive motor; a nut member made of a metal material threadably engaging the lead screw and connected to the lens holder, the nut member moved by the rotation of the lead screw in the optical axis direction moving the movable unit in the optical axis direction; a guide shaft that guides the movable unit in the optical axis direction, both axial ends of the guide shaft held by the outer enclosure; and an urging spring that presses part of the lens holder against the nut member when the movable unit moves in the optical axis direction.
