Program, information processing device, and information processing method

A catheter including a balloon. The balloon has an elastic inner layer and an elastic outer layer. The inner and outer layers are tubular and are inflatable and deflatable in response to a change of internal pressure of the balloon. The catheter includes a tubular reinforcement member positioned radially between the inner layer and the outer layer. The reinforcement member has a first end portion and a second end portion opposite the first end portion in the axial direction of the catheter. The reinforcement member has an intermediate portion between the first end portion and the second end portion in the axial direction. At least one of the first and second end portions is not directly fixed to both the inner layer and the outer layer. The intermediate portion is not directly fixed to both the inner layer and the outer layer.

Catheter

A catheter includes a balloon that has an inner layer and an outer layer having elastic stretching properties, having tubular shapes, and being able to be inflated and deflated in response to a change of internal pressure; and a tubular net-shaped reinforcement member that is disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer such that at least a part thereof is movable with respect to the balloon. The reinforcement member has a first sleeve, and second sleeves which respectively surround both end portions of the first sleeve in an axial direction. A maximally inflated diameter of the second sleeve is set so as to be smaller than a maximally inflated diameter of the first sleeve.

The first end portion and the second end portion of the reinforcement member include ring-shaped inflation restrictors fused to the wire-shaped member. The inflation restrictors restrict inflation of the first and second end portions of the reinforcement member in the radial direction when the inner and outer layers inflate.

Catheter and method of manufacturing the same

A balloon in which a rupture in a circumferential direction can be prevented from occurring, and a method of manufacturing the same is disclosed. The balloon is configured to be arranged on a medical catheter, and includes a dilatable cylindrical portion formed with a birefringent polymer material. A ratio of the number of orientation distributions, calculated by dividing the number of orientation distributions of the cylindrical portion in a circumferential direction by the number of orientation distributions of the cylindrical portion in an axial direction, is less than 2.

A balloon including a laminated film of at least two layers including a polyamide elastomer layer and a polyamide layer wherein the polyamide elastomer layer is formed at the inner side of the polyamide layer and a molecular weight distribution of the polymers as a whole of the balloon (weight-average molecular weight M/number-average molecular weight M) ranges from 3 to 10.

A medical device which has a lubricating surface when wet, is characterized by comprising a base layer which is composed of a metal material, an intermediate layer which covers at least a part of the base layer and is composed of a compound that has a plurality of thiol groups in each molecule, and a surface lubricating layer which covers the surface of the intermediate layer and is composed of a hydrophilic polymer that has a reactive functional group. The medical device is also characterized in that the surface lubricating layer is bonded to the base layer via the intermediate layer by reacting the compound having thiol groups with the hydrophilic polymer.
