An absorption heat pump, including: an evaporator which takes in a first heat source and evaporates refrigerant liquid into refrigerant vapor; an absorber which has a heat receiving medium passage and which takes in heat receiving medium liquid through a heat receiving medium inlet of the heat receiving medium passage, heats the heat receiving medium liquid with the heat of absorption generated when the refrigerant vapor generated in the evaporator is absorbed into solution, and discharges the heat receiving medium in the form of vapor or mixture of vapor and liquid through a heat receiving medium outlet of the heat receiving medium passage; a generator which takes in a second heat source and evaporates the refrigerant from the solution having absorbed the refrigerant vapor; and a condenser which takes in a cooling source and the refrigerant vapor generated in the generator to condense the refrigerant vapor.

Absorption heat pump

To provide a highly efficient and compact absorption refrigerating machine with water heated from 60 to 70 degrees Celsius as the heat source. In an absorption refrigerating machine including a regenerator G, condenser C, an absorber A, an evaporator E, an auxiliary regenerator GX and an auxiliary absorber AX, the concentrated solution from G is heated and further concentrated in GX, while the diluted solution from A is cooled in AX, the refrigerant vapor from GX is absorbed. A low temperature heat exchanger XL is provided for heat exchange between the concentrated solution supplied from GX to A, and the diluted solution sent from AX to G, and a high temperature heat exchanger XH is provided for heating the diluted solution leaving from XL and sent to G with the concentrated solution supplied from G to GX.

Absorption refrigerating machine

A semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a packaging substrate mounted with semiconductor chips; a heat dissipation metal plate having three or more sides and mounted with the packaging substrates; a frame provided along an external periphery of the heat dissipation metal plate and encircling the packaging substrates; an adhesive provided to between the heat dissipation metal plate and the frame to bond the heat dissipation metal plate and the frame together; and a sealing resin sealing the semiconductor chips and the packaging substrates within a box formed by the heat dissipation metal plate and the frame, wherein the volume of the adhesive at corners of the heat dissipation metal plate is smaller than that on the sides thereof.

The present invention relates to a solution heat exchanger used for performing heat exchange between a dilute solution and a concentrated solution in a solution passage of an absorption refrigerating machine. The solution heat exchanger (H) comprises a plate type heat exchanger, and a communication portion (R) communicating between a dilute solution passage and a concentrated solution passage for introducing a portion of a dilute solution into a concentrated solution is provided in the solution heat exchanger (H).

A plurality of the heat exchange elements ( ) and a plurality of the heat exchange elements ( &prime;) are alternately disposed in such a manner that the plate surfaces of the plates are opposed to each other and a predetermined gap is formed between adjacent the heat exchange elements. A communication pipe communicating with the inner spaces of the heat exchange elements ( ) and a communication pipe communicating with the inner spaces of the heat exchange elements ( &prime;) are formed on the plate surfaces of the heat exchange elements ( ) and ( &prime;) and integrally formed with the elements.

Plate type heat exchanger

A semiconductor device includes an active region with a main semiconductor device section, and a junction-termination region therearound. A first diffusion layer of a second conductivity type is formed in a surface of a first semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type, and extends from the active region into the junction-termination region. A second diffusion layer of the second conductivity type is formed in contact with the first diffusion layer, and extends in the junction-termination region. A first contact electrode is disposed in the active region and in contact with the first diffusion layer, and electrically connected to a first main electrode of the main semiconductor device section. A second contact electrode is disposed in the junction-termination region and in contact with the first diffusion layer, and surrounds the active region. A connection electrode electrically connects the first and second contact electrodes to each other.

An absorption chiller-heater is driven by a high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from an external apparatus such as a gas turbine. The absorption chiller-heater includes an exhaust gas path for introducing a high-temperature exhaust gas serving as a heat source into the high-temperature generator, and then the exhaust heat recovery generator. The high-temperature generator and the exhaust heat recovery generator comprise a vertical heat transfer tube bank for allowing the high-temperature exhaust gas to pass therethrough, a gas-liquid separation chamber is provided above the vertical heat transfer tube bank so as to cover opening portions of the vertical heat transfer tube bank, and a solution supply chamber is provided below the vertical heat transfer tube bank so as to cover opening portions of the vertical heat transfer tube bank.

Absorption chiller-heater and generator for use in such absorption chiller-heater

The present invention relates to a plate type heat exchanger having a heat exchange element composed of two plates for exchanging heat between a fluid flowing inside the heat exchange element and a fluid flowing outside the heat exchange element. In the plate type heat exchanger, the two plates ( ) have a plurality of depressions ( ), and the depressions are brought into contact with and bonded to each other. Peripheral portions of the plates are sealed to form a space in which a fluid flows and constitute a heat exchange element ( ) having opening portions ( ) at both ends thereof. The heat exchange elements ( ) are piled on and bonded to each other so that the opening portions ( ) communicate with each other.

An absorption cold or hot water generating machine is driven by a high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from an external apparatus such as a gas turbine. The absorption cold or hot water generating machine includes an exhaust gas path for introducing a high-temperature exhaust gas serving as a heat source into a high-temperature generator, and then an exhaust heat recovery generator. A low-temperature generator comprises a liquid film-type generator in which solution is sprayed on a heat transfer tube bank, and refrigerant vapor generated in the exhaust heat recovery generator is led to a heat transfer tube bank of the low-temperature generator.

Absorption cold or hot water generating machine

An absorption refrigerating machine according to the present invention has a system for flowing cooling water in parallel to an absorber and a condenser. The absorption refrigerating machine is constituted such that plate type heat exchangers H , H are used in an absorber A and a condenser C, and the amounts of cooling water distributed to the absorber and the condenser are determined mainly based on fluid resistance of each of the plate type heat exchangers.
