The image transfer apparatus includes a transmission type image display device, a light source and a parallel rays generating element, and light that is irradiated from the light source, made into substantially parallel rays by the parallel rays generating element, and transmitted through the image display device to expose a photosensitive recording medium and a display image displayed on the image display screen is transferred to the photosensitive recording medium. This apparatus further includes a moving device for moving the parallel rays generating element and the image display device relatively during the transfer.

Image transfer apparatus

An injection molding method and an injection mold used therefor are provided, in which a molded product free from burrs, whitening and gate marks can be obtained with a simple structure mold, and it can adequately serve the needs for multicavity molding as well. In the injection molding method, molten resin material is introduced and charged into a resin reservoir and a molding cavity of an injection mold, where a depth of the resin reservoir is larger than a thickness of a communicating portion. A cut punch is moved, when a portion of the resin material in the resin reservoir is still molten, to push the molten resin in the resin reservoir back from a gate into a runner so that the cut punch not only closes the communicating portion but also cuts a resin solidified portion in the resin reservoir away from a resin molded product in the molding cavity at the communicating portion.

Injection molding method and injection mold

In the transfer apparatus, accumulated maximum transmittance of the color filters in each of ranges, in which respective spectral transmittance curves of the color filters overlap each other, is set smaller than a predetermined value. Alternatively, a light source is produced so that a light emission peak exceeding a predetermined size does not exist in each range in which at least two of red, green, and blue spectral sensitivities of a photosensitive recording medium overlap each other. Still alternatively, at least one of wavelength and light quantity of light passing through the image display device is controlled to thereby control gray tone to be recorded on the photosensitive recording medium.

Transfer apparatus

The transfer apparatus includes a light source, a light linearizing device for linearizing light from the light source, a transmission type image display device, and a photosensitive recording medium. The light source, the light linearizing device, the transmission type image display device and the photosensitive recording medium are arranged along a direction in which the light from the light source advances, and a display image transmitted through the image display device is transferred to the photosensitive image recording medium. The light linearizing device converts the light from the light source into linear and substantially parallel rays such that the linear and substantially parallel rays can be incident on a display screen of the image display device and scans relatively the display screen of the image display device with the linear and substantially parallel rays.

The transfer apparatus includes a light source, a transmission type image display device in which a liquid crystal layer is held between two sets of substrates and polarizing plates and a photosensitive recording medium. The light source, the image display device and the photosensitive recording medium are arranged in series along a direction in which light from the light source advances and the image display device and the photosensitive recording medium are arranged in a non-contact state. A display image transmitted from the transmission type image display device is transferred to the photosensitive recording medium. A distance between the image display device and the photosensitive recording medium and a sum total of thicknesses of the substrate and the polarizing plate at least on a side of the photosensitive recording medium in the image display device are set in accordance with a definition of the display image.

The transfer apparatus transfers an image displayed in an image display area of an image display unit of transmission type to an image forming area of a light-sensitive recording medium by means of light passing through the image display unit. The apparatus has an image processing section by means of which either a size or a display position of the image to be displayed in the image display area or both are adjusted prior to image display in accordance with either a size of the image forming area or a relative position of the image forming area with respect to the image display area or both.

A member used for a photographic sensitive material that is formed from a degradable polymer having a water absorption of 8% or less and a flexural modulus of 1,000 kg/cm or more. The member exhibits satisfactory performance as a formed member used for a photographic sensitive material, has no adverse effects on a photographic sensitive material, does not hurt an incinerator upon incineration for scrapping it, and, in the nature, is decomposed or decreased in strength by microbes, light or heat and hence is free from the danger of causing environmental problems.

Member used for photographic sensitive material

The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus having a light source, a substantially parallel light generating element, a transmission-type image display and a photosensitive recording medium being arranged in a straight line along the traveling direction of light of the light source, for transferring, onto the photosensitive recording medium, a display image having passed through the transmission-type image display, the substantially parallel light generating element having a porous board provided a plurality of through-holes, and a thickness of the porous board is equal to or greater than three times a diameter of each of the through-holes or an corresponding diameter.

An image output apparatus and a camera each include a light source for illuminating an image recorded on a developed film drawn out from a loaded cartridge containing the developed film, an image reading device for reading information of the image through photoelectric conversion, and an image information output device for displaying the information of the image on an image display device. The image reading device is a two-dimensional photoelectric conversion device, which has a size approximately equal to or larger than a size of an image area on the developed film, is disposed in the proximity of the developed film, and receives light beams carrying the information of the image that have passed through the developed film or have passed through the developed film and imaged through an imaging lens system.

Image output apparatus and camera

A photo film cassette has a spool core about which photo film is wound in a form of a roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in a rotatable manner. Two flanges have a disk shape, and are secured to respective ends of the spool core, for regulating lateral edges of the roll of the photo film. A circumferential lip is disposed on each flange, is extended toward the opposite one of the flanges, wraps one of the lateral edges of an outermost turn of the photo film of the roll, and prevents the photo film from being loosened. A rim portion is disposed on an circular edge of the circumferential lip confronted with the opposite one of the flanges, to project with a bend away from the spool core. A contact face is disposed on the rim portion, and contacts the one of the lateral edges of the photo film when the photo film is unwound from the spool core or wound back about the spool core. The contact face has a contact range of 0.15-0.8 mm in contacting the one of the lateral edges of the photo film.

Photo film cassette

A photo film cassette has a spool core about which photo film is wound in a form of a roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in a rotatable manner. Two flanges have a disk shape, and are secured to respective ends of the spool core, for regulating lateral edges of the roll of the photo film. A circumferential lip is disposed on each flange, is extended toward the opposite one of the flanges, wraps one of the lateral edges of an outermost turn of the photo film of the roll, and prevents the photo film from being loosened. A rim portion is disposed on an circular edge of the circumferential lip confronted with the opposite one of the flanges, to project with a bend away from the spool core. A contact face is disposed on the rim portion, and contacts the one of the lateral edges of the photo film when the photo film is unwound from the spool core or wound back about the spool core. The contact face has a contact range of 0.15-0.8 mm in contacting the one of the lateral edges of the photo film. At least one support projection projects from an axially outer face of said flange.

A photo film cassette includes a spool core, on which the photo film is wound in a form of roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in rotatable fashion. First and second flanges are respectively secured to ends of the spool core, for regulating positions of sides of the photo film roll. A first ring-like lip is formed integrally with a periphery of the first flange, is projected toward the roll, is contacted on one edge of an outermost turn of the roll, and prevent the roll from being loosened. The first and second flanges are formed from resin in accordance with injection molding. The resin has temperature of thermal deformation being 80&deg; C. or higher under 18.6 kg/cm,, modulus in elasticity in flexure being 13,000-30,000 kg/cm,, surface hardness being 80 or more in Rockwell R-scale, and high fluidity in molds for the injection molding. The first and second flanges have an outer diameter of 15 mm or more, thickness of 0.3 mm or less, and a maximum projected area of 100 mm,or more as measured with a contour thereof kept substantially circular.

Method for producing flanges of a photo film cassette

A photo film cassette has a spool core about which photo film is wound in a form of a roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in a rotatable manner. Two flanges have a disk shape, and are secured to respective ends of the spool core, for regulating lateral edges of the roll of the photo film. A circumferential lip is disposed on each flange, is extended toward the opposite one of the flanges, wraps one of the lateral edges of an outermost turn of the photo film of the roll, and prevents the photo film from being loosened.
