A system includes an operation receiving unit and an operation control apparatus. The operation receiving unit is operated by a user. The operation control apparatus controls a first device at a facility to enter into an operating state in response to a user operation being performed at the operation receiving unit during a first time period determined by reservation information. The operation control apparatus also controls a second device at the facility to enter into an operating state at a start time associated with the first time period, regardless of presence of a user operation at the operation receiving unit.

Mailing list server and mail transmission method thereof

An mail processing apparatus for confirming contents of encrypt mail. Electronic mail delivered in MTA is received by a receiving section. When the received electronic mail has been encrypted or an electronic signature has been affixed, signature verification and decoding are performed by an electronic signature verification/decoding section. The contents of the mail in which the signature verification and the decoding are performed are confirmed by a content confirmation section. Subsequent to this, a signature and encryption are properly performed with respect to the mail by an electronic signature/encryption section. Mail of an account destination of a mail server is held in a spool. The spooled mail is taken out using a delivery part by a mail user agent device. Mail of an account destination of another mail server is delivered to another mail server destination through the delivery section.

Mail processing apparatus and method

A mail receiving section receives S/MIME signature mail from a host of a member. A member checking section checks the electronic signature of the signature mail for validity and determines whether or not the member belongs to a group. If the member checking section checks that the mail is from the valid member, a mail storing section requests an archive service section to archive the mail. A signature creating section uses a secret key unique to the group to create an electronic signature of the group. A mail transmitting section transmits the mail with the electronic signature of the group to the receiver.

Group signature apparatus and method

A mailing list server and a mail re-sending method thereof with which, when a mail recipient has been unable to decrypt a mail, it is possible to re-send the mail compatibly encrypted in a form such that the recipient can decrypt it without fail. A mail re-send request from a member is made by HTTP, received by a web server, and processed by an application server. For example, re-send request information is sent to the web serverby a mailing list member, using an input form of a web pagefrom the web server. The application serverdetermines an encryption method on the basis of a user encryption method specification included in the mail re-send request. A sending partencrypts the mail by the determined method and sends it to the member's address.
