In an operation control method capable of securely reducing required motor capacity and power consumption, a threshold based on load size is preset, and after a driven or rotated state of each of two rotating shafts becomes steady, and if the load size is smaller than the threshold, conveyance of a rotating drive to one of the two rotating shafts is stopped and the one of the two rotating shafts with the conveyance of the rotating drive stopped is interlocked and rotated together with the other of the two rotating shafts by vibration generated by a rotating drive of the other of the two rotating shafts, and if the load size becomes larger than the threshold, the conveyance of the rotating drive to the one of the two rotating shafts with the conveyance of the rotating drive stopped is started so as to drive or rotate the two rotating shafts.

A regenerated cutting blade to be mounted and used in a shearing type grinder. The cutting blade includes a fixed part and a blade tip projecting outward from this fixed part, in which the blade tip has a leading edge pointed toward the rotating direction. In order to finely crush a shredable object, two rotational shafts for supporting cutting blades are provided in parallel in the transverse direction inside a shredder main body. The cutting blades that are provided with a plurality of cutting portions protruding from outer peripheral thereof are disposed in the shaft direction of the two rotational shafts so that these cutting portions engage with each other. A throw-in port for a shredable object is provided in one end portion of the rotational shafts in an upper portion of the shredder main body in the shaft direction. A discharge port for the shredable object is provided in the other end portion of the rotational shafts in a lower portion of this shredder main body in the shaft direction. Transverse feeding members for forwarding the shredable object that is thrown into the throw-in port and crushed by the cutting blades, to a discharge port side is provided and, thereby shredding the shredable object for a plurality of times inside the shredder main body.
