A negative-side bus barincludes a capacitor connection portion and first and second negative terminal portionsexposed from a resin portionand connected to a DC negative-side terminalsof first and second power semiconductor modules. A partition portionof a caseis provided with a protruding portionthat protrudes toward a mold bus barfurther than an upper surfaceof the first and second power semiconductor modulesand is thermally coupled to the mold bus bar. The projecting portionis disposed between a root portionof an exposed portion where the first negative electrode terminal portionis exposed from the resin portionand a second root portionof an exposed portion where the second negative electrode terminal portionis exposed from the resin portion. In this manner, a spatial distance and a creepage distance between the exposed portion from the resin portion of the mold bus bar and the power semiconductor module are made large and the temperature rise of a capacitor is suppressed.
