Such an antibody or a binding fragment thereof comprises: a heavy chain CDRH1 consisting of SEQ ID NO: 54, a heavy chain CDRH2 consisting of SEQ ID NO: 55, a heavy chain CDRH3 consisting of SEQ ID NO: 56, a light chain CDRL1 consisting of SEQ ID NO: 57 or a light chain CDRL1 consisting of an amino acid sequence derived from SEQ ID NO: 57 in which amino acid 7 is W and/or amino acid 8 is K, a light chain CDRL2 consisting of SEQ ID NO: 58, and a light chain CDRL3 consisting of SEQ ID NO: 59 or a light chain CDRL3 consisting of an amino acid sequence derived from SEQ ID NO: 59 in which amino acid 2 is A or S.

(Problem) To provide a high precision platform scale (Means to Solve the Problem) A platform scale for weighing an object to be weighed by supporting it by a plurality of load detection sections, wherein the load detection section comprises a load sensorhaving a block bodyfor transmitting an applied load to a tuning fork vibratorcoupled to the block bodyby reducing the load, a circuit board having fabricated thereon circuitry for converting a signal from the tuning fork vibrator into a digital signal and a sensor casefor accommodating the load sensor and the circuit board. The sensor caseis made by casting stainless material by a lost wax process and is directly coupled to parallel base framesfor maintaining the distance between the base frames. The sensor case has sufficient mechanical strength and also acts as a structural member for the base frames, thereby reducing the number of components and the height of a weighing table.

Platform scale and load detection unit

A load detection sensor capable of stably weighing a heavy object to be weighed in high precision. The load detection sensor according to the present invention includes a force sensor including a tuning fork vibrator and a block body that has a rectangular parallelepiped outer shape and transmits an applied load to the force sensor by using a lever to reduce the load. It is characterized in that the block body contains therein a lever mechanism and a Roberval mechanism by working on the longitudinal side thereof and that the force sensor is coupled to the side of the block body. Although the block body is cut and ground in the side for fabricating the lever mechanism and the Roberval mechanism, it maintains the rectangular parallelepiped outer shape and sufficient mechanical strength, thereby enabling to stably reduce the applied load.
