An opening and closing device includes an upper arm and a lower arm spaced apart in an up-and-down direction and extend between a vehicle door and a vehicle body, a connecting member configured to connect a first end portion of the upper arm and a first end portion of the lower arm, a body-side upper hinge and a body-side lower hinge attached to the vehicle body so as to be spaced apart in the up-and-down direction and support the connecting member rotatably, a door-side upper hinge attached to an inner panel of the vehicle door to support a second end portion of the upper arm rotatably, and a door-side lower hinge attached to the inner panel of the vehicle door to support a second end portion of the lower arm rotatably.

Opening and closing device

An opening and closing device includes an upper arm and a lower arm spaced apart in an up-and-down direction and extend between a vehicle door and a vehicle body, a connecting member connecting first end portions of the upper and lower arms, a body-side upper hinge and a body-side lower hinge attached to the vehicle body supporting the connecting member rotatably, a door-side upper hinge attached to the vehicle door to support a second end portion of the upper arm rotatably, a door-side lower hinge attached to the vehicle door to support a second end portion of the lower arm rotatably, and a driving device causing the upper and lower arms to rotate about a first and second rotational axes, and the driving device is attached to the connecting member.

Opening and closing device and opening and closing system

A vehicle door opening device opens and closes a door with a motor. In the vehicle door opening device, an opening reversible member on which an opening cable is wound is disposed on a top surface of a center guide rail, and a closing reversible member on which a closing cable is wound is disposed under a lower surface of the center guide rail. A moving member moves along the center guide rail and comprises a closing coupling portion to which the closing cable is coupled and an opening coupling portion to which the opening cable coupled. The closing cable moves along the lower surface of the center guide rail, and the opening cable moves along the top surface of the center guide rail.

Vehicle door opening device

A lock device includes: a body having a striker insertion groove into which a striker is inserted; a hook lever shaft mounted to the body; and a hook lever rotatably mounted to the body via the hook lever shaft, and that moves to an engagement position where the hook lever is engaged with the striker inserted into the striker insertion groove, and that moves to a release position where the engagement with the striker is released. The lock device is rotatably supported by a support member so as to change an opening position of the striker insertion groove. The hook lever shaft is rotatably mounted to the body, and has a flange interposed between the body and the support member, and the body is supported by the support member so as to rotate about the hook lever shaft as a rotation shaft.

Lock device

A door opening and closing apparatus includes a rail module including: a rail member extending along a front-and-rear direction; a drive device mounted on the rail member; and a supporting member coupled to one end portion of a closing cable the other end portion of which is connected to the drive device and one end portion of an opening cable the other end portion of which is connected to the drive device. The rail module is provided with the drive device fastened to an outside of a vehicle body such that a part of the drive device goes inside the vehicle body through an opening provided on the vehicle body. At least the opening inversion member is provided at an upper portion of the other end portion of the rail member.

Door opening and closing apparatus

A door opening and closing apparatus includes a rail module including: a rail member extending along a front-and-rear direction; a drive device mounted on the rail member; and a supporting member coupled to a closing cable a part of which is wound around the rotating drum and that is hung on a closing inversion member and an opening cable a part of which is wound around the rotating drum and that is hung on an opening inversion member. The rail module is provided with the drive device fastened to an outside of a vehicle body such that a part of the drive device goes inside the vehicle body through an opening provided on the vehicle body. An outer diameter of the rotating drum of the drive device is made smaller than a maximum diameter of a deceleration mechanism for making the rotating drum rotate forward and backward.

A door opening and closing apparatus includes a rail module including: a rail member extending along a front-and-rear direction; a drive device mounted on the rail member; and a supporting member coupled to one end portion of a closing cable the other end portion of which is connected to the drive device and one end portion of an opening cable the other end portion of which is connected to the drive device. The rail module is provided with the drive device fastened to an outside of a vehicle body such that a part of the drive device goes inside the vehicle body through an opening provided on the vehicle body. A portion of a housing of the drive device located outside the vehicle body closes the opening while a sealing member is interposed therein.

A seat lock apparatus includes a case member having a striker entrance groove and a hook lever that is provided rotatably via a hook shaft and is movable between an opening position and a restraining position where the hook lever closes an opening in a striker entrance groove. The apparatus is configured to position the hook lever in the restraining position while positioning the striker in the striker entrance groove when a seatback is erected. The striker entrance groove is formed such that when the striker enters the striker entrance groove and abuts against the hook lever positioned in the restraining position, only a portion of the case member, which is positioned closer to a central side of the seatback than the hook lever is in an axial direction of the hook shaft, is brought into abutment with the striker.

Seat lock apparatus

A seat lock apparatus includes a guide lever having a waiting hook engagement portion and a striker abutment portion and a hook having a guide engagement portion which, when the hook reaches a waiting position which lies further in a striker releasing direction than a striker releasing position, engages with the waiting hook engagement portion to hold the hook in the waiting position and is disengaged from the waiting hook engagement portion so that the hook restrains the striker. The guide lever has a halfway hook engagement portion which, when the hook is in a halfway position between the releasing position and a restraining position and the striker is not in a position to be restrained by the hook, engages with the guide engagement portion to hold the hook in the halfway position.

A latch apparatus brings a latch which is accommodated rotationally movably in a case made up of a base plate and a cover plate into engagement with a striker which enters an entrance groove in the case. A fastening member which fastens the case to a mount member so as to move relative to the striker is provided within a range defined by projecting an area which has a radius centering at the striker onto the case, the radius being equal to a distance to an outermost position of the latch which is in engagement with the striker.

Latch apparatus

A hook lever engages with a striker which enters as far as a deep side in an entering direction of the striker to hold the striker by moving from an opening position to an engagement position while being guided by a hook shaft provided on the deep side in the entering direction of the striker, and a guide lever is guided by the hook shaft and is biased from the deep side to an entrance side in the entering direction of the striker to restrict the movement of the hook lever towards the engagement position, while the guide lever is pressed against by the striker when the striker enters in the entering direction so as to move the hook lever to the engagement position, in such a state that the guide lever is partially overlapped on the hook lever.

Lock apparatus

A latch device includes a base member that has an entering groove having a deep side wall, a latch including an engaging groove having a restraining wall, and a ratchet that meshes with the latch in a meshed position. The latch device further includes a cam member that rotates the latch to a restrained position. In the restrained position, the cam member abuts against the latch to nip a striker between the deep side wall and the restraining wall. The restraining wall includes an inclined surface approaching the deep side wall toward an inlet side of the engaging groove at least in the meshed position.

Latch device

A hook member of a vehicle seat lock engages with a striker fixed to a vehicle body. An opening lever is pivotally secured to the first base plate to constitute the first subassembly. The hook member is pivotally secured to the second base plate to constitute the second subassembly. The first base plate is coupled to the second base plate. Between the first and second base plates, a sensing member is pivotally secured in parallel with the hook member to detect invasion of the striker in the hook member.

Vehicle seat lock

In a vehicle seat lock, an operating knob is provided at the top of the seat back of a chair. The operating knob is joined to the inner end of the bell crank at the lower end. The bell crank is pivotally secured to a bracket in the seat back. The outer end of the bell crank has the first and second elongate openings. The upper end of the first connecting rod slidably engages in the first elongate opening, and the upper end of the second connecting rod slidably engages in the second elongate opening. The lower end of the first connecting rod is coupled to a sensing member which detects invasion of the striker. The lower end of the second connecting rod is coupled to an opening lever which allows a hook member to disengage from a striker fixed to the vehicle body.

In a vehicle seat lock, a striker is mounted to a vehicle body and a hook member is mounted to the seat back. The striker comprises the first and second engagement portions which selectively engage in first and second engagement grooves of the hook member to hold the seat back in two kinds of standing positions. The hook member is pivotally secured on a pivot to open and molded with synthetic resin to buffer impacting of the striker.
